Only the _____'s were saying that Ch7 had no affect on the RV. Many of the members have been questionning that logic for some time. It is a BIG deal.. Thanks for the post Miske..

I still think that chapter 7 has a hold of the settlements with Kuwait for war reperations, including they're dead...

There was a meeting scheduled last Dec but we never heard a single word of the outcome. Any meetings between Maaliki and the Emir have been postphoned until after the elections (in Kuwait ) Feb 2. That is not to say that this crucial meeting has not already taken place but kept silent. We shall see...rick152
