It is funny how many times we have been fed the line that erbil was complete...Even with AK News and others saying something to the same. BUT we did see an interview 2 days ago where erbil (Power sharing) has NOT been implemented. Televised news is a lot harder to dispute than (sometimes) print. How much smoke is out there? Someday we will know, I still believe that day is close...rick152

The fact is, I think, that we will not know about the resolution some, if not all, the remaining issues until as or after the RV occurs. To announce them in public would be too much of a flag signaling the imminence of the RV. For this to work, everyone has to be looking the other way when this happens. Can you spell misdirection?
