I sure don't wan't to start calling banks and trying to set things up. I'm sure I'll just be bothering someone, so with that said... Is It safe to say that I should wait until after the RV and then go and setup an account with Chase, WF? Or Will be Ok to just deal with my local Branch of Midwest First?

I also have another account with USAA, but there is no way to cash out with them that I"ve heard.

Any suggestions?

I suggest to wait. Once it RVs then open up an account. Also, just FYI, bank managers can eliminate the bank spread of the exchange rate but can't ignore the gov'ts taxes when exchanging; its the irs or ust spread or something like that, that cant be ignored.

PS-the bigger the bank the lower the bank spread. so your local bank in the midewest might have a higher bank spread on the exchange. And each bank will be different due to the bank manager. just cuz wellsfargo on 1st ave wont waive the bank spread doesnt mean the wellsfargo on main st wont either. Ask around.

Per the advise from our Private Banker at Wells Fargo, I would suggest
that you open an account with Wells or Chase as when the Dinar RV's they will
be working with those who have an account first.

I'm not so sure about that statement.

I don't see how a Branch Mgr. or even a Regional Mgr., could change a rate on any foreign currency that has been set by the Foreign Currency Division of any bank.

I just don't see that happening

If anyone has good contacts or suggestions for OKlahoma City banks which would be prime banks for post RV, I would love to hear these suggestions and why you believe a particular bank would be the best. Thanks
