In the past year I have read insinuations that Okie and his wingmen must surely be profiting from the sale of Dinar, which is what motivates their RV predictions and hints to the reason of the existence of the site itself.

I very much appreciate the disclaimer statement proactively putting this issue to bed. I did not believe it to be the case in Okie's gang's case (not so sure about some of the other gurus), but I think the disclaimer statement is a bold and welcome one. This provides verification that the Dinar advertisers only provide meager banner advertising and possible referral revenue, but that is certainly justified and necessary to keep the lights on. The statement is quite correct when it states that if anything to contrary would be going on then those parties would be engaging in securities fraud. The disclaimer statement absolves them from any future scrutiny on this issue as far as I am concerned.

Thank you for drawing an ethical line in the sand...quite rare these days. Thanks to all that give their valuable time to our mutual benefit for no compensation. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated.

They are now realizing that they have to cover themselves legally! They have recommended that people use an individual on here that does trust. They are now realizing that anyone who used that service and it doesn't work out, that they could be liable for that! So it is a prudent CMA situation! :shock:

How would that work out for the people that used him before the disclaimer went up, and it didn't work out?

Not sure! It is tough place for them! You open up a free site and give people a place to come get information and discuss this venture. In that process you have an enormous amount of folks that just are not seasoned on how to do things! The same question gets asked over and over and over again!

I know Okie's heart is in the right place and you can tell that he wishes the most for everyone. It is that very nature that drives him to help everyone. However in the litigious society that we reside in, people will come back on anyone if things don't work out to their liking!

Having seen some of the chats and reading in this forum, there will be people that will not prosper from this when it comes through! Sad but true!

Here is hoping that this comes to a positive conclusion for all of us here! Yesterday would have been great, but I guess we could settle for today, heh!?
