OOM is for DINAR and OOM 2 is for politics and other.

Exactly right regarding politics. The subject of Jesus' nationality would be considered a Christian theme and appropriate here, would it not? I am only asking as you folks are managing this side now. I would agree that His ethnicity would indeed be a Christian topic, not sure where it would go since the "religious discussion" forum was moved over to OOM2. Perhaps under General discussions. However since the sign and sentiment expressed was obviously political in nature, OOM2 would definitely be the place for it --- JMO.
