99.9% probability???
Does anyone else think that that 747 has crashed into the oven that has been on for 2 months??? Personally I think that there is a 99.9% chance that that 747 has made landfall... Lol

The 747 analogy never made sense to me, and by golly, if the cake is still in the oven at 440... well let's just say it would not only be a cinder, it would more than likely have turned to ash by now...

Re: 99.9% probability???
Personally I worry about people that have these fantasies about cakes in the oven and 747s flying around. I'm concerned that they need professional help. They went to a different kind of school than I did. They talk funny. Everything they say are riddles and innuendos. What ever happened to a direct message? Crazy Frank used to use riddles all of the time. He was called The Riddler. You could never understand what he was saying.
I'm not eating the burned cake and I'm not flying on a 747 with an empty gas tank.
I suppose that makes me selected and blessed.

You would have to think, that plane has had to run out of fuel, the train has derailed, and the cake is burnt smooth up, but we are on a minute to minute notice and people has been calling other people all night.......

Re: 99.9% probability???
The 747 I was waiting for crashed. It didn't even have any gas left to burn. The cake burned to a crisp and ruined the oven for being on so long. My ship sank in the harbor and now they can't even get another one into port. The train by passed the station and became a run-a-way train. Denzel Washington couldn't save it and it jumped the track and is now totalled. Maybe we could get a sled dog team to try to get the RV to us. We are running out of modes of transportation. Anybody got a bicycle? Or a camel perhaps?

Re: 99.9% probability???
The reason they have always wrote in riddles is to try to convince us all that men in black SUVs will drive up and shut them down and haul them off if they wrote clearly and concisely.TNman wrote:Personally I worry about people that have these fantasies about cakes in the oven and 747s flying around. It's an age old Multi-Level-Marketing ploy that works more often than not. And believe me, they can see just how well it does work. I think we all know just how well too.

Re: 99.9% probability???
I know only a few things about 747's.
They are big
They use a lot of fuel
They have a nice first class section
They hold a lot of people and/or cargo, up to a million pound loaded with fuel.
Proof that if you throw a million pound rock hard enough, fast enough, it will fly for as long as the fuel hold out.

Re: 99.9% probability???
Why all the negativity? I'm exactly where I was yesterday, no worse for wear. You still have what you had yesterday. It will happen when it happens. Get your mind off the test drive and appreciate what you have today. A pumper doesn't pump if no one pulls up to the station. Go start your New Years resolution. Mine is to to be pleasantly suprised when this thing happens. Our months are their seconds. Iraq does not care what we think and they really don't care what promises a guru makes. Would Albert Einstein say we are doing the same thing again and expecting a different result?

I believe Jesus used parables in his teachings - not riddles.H2OMAN wrote:I recall a certain Nazarene who spoke in riddles. No one said to Him....Hey Jesus, just say what you really mean.!
A parable is [1] a succinct story, in prose or verse, which illustrates one or more instructive principles, or lessons, or (sometimes) a normative principle. It differs from a fable
in that fables use animals, plants, inanimate objects, and forces of
nature as characters, while parables generally feature human characters.
It is a type of analogy.[2]
Some scholars of the Canonical gospels and the New Testament apply the term "parable" only to the parables of Jesus,[3] though that is not a common restriction of the term. Parables such as "The Prodigal Son" are central to Jesus' teaching method in both the canonical narratives and the apocrypha.

My hierloom print of the A's Cookbook dissapeared and the directions were faulty anyway. I am working on that but we do not need such substances to accomplish this task. I could posit that that thought would only compound the process, or might help using the same cipher from which the first item came in jest, but i will not.
If the truth be known, entertainment value might be the greater value if it is received as such. When the Galactics release the time dilation stasis bubble, you will have that which ye ask for...
