Let’s start at the beginning. There are so many newbies. Shabibi has promised all these things, so we have been excited to walk into this year, and where is the RI/RV? Let’s drop back 5 and punt, but not give the ball of our intel to anyone. You have to understand and let me do it the way I do it. I will never reveal my sources or hurt anyone. In December, 2009, Shabibi was about to RI/RV and it turns out that there was no government seated. Maliki was accused of not turning in his three ministers, but there was a reason behind that.
As the year came to an end around September, what did we tell you? What did we say back in October? Those sites that do that, were saying it is about to happen right now. That is what they do. If they give you a date or a rate, you need to run away. There are so very few people on this planet that would really have that, and you will NEVER get to talk to them.
In November, we told you that Maliki is now hooking up with the GOI. Look at Maliki….he sounds like Shabibi….now he even looks like Shabibi! How is that possible in November when everyone else was saying it is happening? When he came back, he told them he didn’t have it. He was doing things that were very productive. Take it to the Lord in prayer! We always tell you that…please DO it! Gather all the empirical data by going to whatever sites you want to go to. We are only one source of many. Gather the information and take it all to the Lord in prayer in order to make your own decision about what is correct information.
We told you it would happen between the 1st and the 10th; something would happen that you would not know because Maliki was doing it behind closed doors at the UNSC. What was going on in the first week of December (their January, 2012) would change the history of this planet. IT DID! IT DID! IT DID! IT DID, PRAISE GOD!
We have Chapter 7 documentation that is now in past tense. When did it occur? You figure it out on your own. It means that it is now being prepared to be presented to Iraq. Yay! Before you get on your horses and ride down the road like Paul Revere to tell everyone, let me repeat something I have said before. They will NEVER see Chapter 7 unless they revalue their currency. The sanctions of Chapter 7 are economic sanctions. With that said, I will bet you a nickel that if they present them Chapter 7 this month, and if they did not raise the value of their currency this month, then they will NOT be internationally recognizable…not them, not their government, not their cats, dogs, camels or anyone else. BUT if they give them Chapter 7 and it was because they raised the value of their currency, then it should be seen to you and me by….
We thought that Maliki had it, but we never saw him go to the UNSC. He came back. This is information, NOT INTEL. We believe that Iraq now has Chapter 7. We found Chapter 7 with different verbiage being prepared to give to them in a past-tense form.
They need to raise the value of their currency in order to improve their infrastructure that would then stimulate their budget. What did they tell them about the budget yesterday? That was a good one, wasn’t it? Here’s the Financial Committee guy coming up from Parliament coming up and telling the CBI, “We want you to finish the final stages”. At 8:00, Delta will explain phases 2 and 3 of this process. It is so cool to actually see the Parliament of Iraq telling the CBI to do what is necessary.
Maliki NEVER met with O, because O does not belong with this. In the third week of our December, what happens? General Petraeus shows up. To be honest with you, that threw us for a loop! All the “cockroaches” were revealed, so that Iraq could get rid of them. All the dictatorships have been cleaned up from the ME.
Party, sober, get to work. See you on the third! The 3rd came around, and they got to work big time. The Authors of the Plan met. On top of that, the 2012 budget…this year, no way. You want Chapter 7, make that budget realistic and make it work with the true rate numbers that you know are realistic.
In December, the snap of the finger, those that are bombing will disappear. When General Petraeus showed up, they did disappear. Remember, we said billions of dinars would be found “by accident”. This was the perfect time to find this money when they are running out of money. In our month of December, the auctions were moving tons of money across platforms of the world. Inflation is our friend. It is about to run rampant. They are running with a purpose, because they know they are running out of time. The clock is INFLATION! Tick, tick, tick….every second that goes by, the inflation grows greater and greater. The pressure of the Iraqi economy is going to destroy them and their desires to move forward, etc. if they don’t move on this. Look for HCL. They are talking about it everywhere. For 3-1/2 years, they have run the HCL without any consequences. They make zillions…but illegally. The contracts that were signed under 1170 were not true numbers.
They are walking into stage 2. This means they HAD to have already raised the value. Stage 1 was the lifting of the 000s!
Frank’s broker called today and asked what was going on with Iraq. The broker said he would have to raise the prices. Frank asked if he could hold on for a little while. The IQD is going up very soon. As for now, we are limited to 2.5 million dinar per customer.
Between now and the 17th, there will be more than 20 laws passed between now and the 17th. How long has Frank been saying, the last few moments, you will need 7-10 days to pass the laws that are needed to bring this forth.
BTW, it was 44 trillion dinar that was actually found! They are running out of money, Family. We know that. To get all of the 000s out of the streets, it cost them a lot of money. They need to raise the value of their currency so that stop losing the reserves of their power….the USD.
Frank mentioned Iran. When Iran hypocritically tells us not to block the waterways and then they rebut that what we did in saving their Navy that was captured by the pirates was nothing more than Hollywood drama…those are the very same words the North Koreans used. Iran, we don’t deal in drama. You will be dealt with when the time comes. How is it tangible to our investment? It only speeds things up. You need to get rid of cockroaches. There is lots of pressure on Shabibi from lots of different sources. Didn’t they used to pressure Maliki? What are they pressuring Shabibi on? Phase 2!!! They are pressuring him from many angles, and most of it is from the GOI.

Family, you will read articles that Maliki went to Kuwait or is going, and things look great. Then Maliki comes back to the GOI and finally reports, etc. In reality, he is finished with Kuwait already. He finished with them last week. You are about to see the “meeting” because they want you to see it! Last week, the Kuwaitis told Maliki that they want the bodies of their people. Maliki said, “It’s been a long time. There are only so many bones we can find. We know and we grieve for you, and we know how important this burial thing is. Isn’t there anything else we can do that we keep bantering about? How about money? OK! How much? You owe us about 18 billion dollars. Can we have the US give you what they owe us, and we call it even? Sure!
Many of you belong to VIP. Frank’s webmaster says there are about 5000 people that visit VIP every week. There are about 20,000 visits per month. Frank doesn’t like the fact that it isn’t being updated enough. There is only one proper stewardship company telling us to buy from them, and they say if you don’t, you will lose all your dinars. Delta came on the call. Frank asked him to give Phase 2 and 3 definitions, etc.
Iraq talked about having 3 phases, but only discussed the 1st phase. The 2nd phase is the most important part that we have all been waiting for. They did install the De La Rue machine, which cost them about $15 million. An article came out that they were done by the end of December. They took out of the streets as many 000s as possible. Every four days, they were collecting about 1 trillion dinar. This was phase 1.
There was an article that said they would do the currency exchange by the end of the year. This article was OLD. Look at the end of the article. The reserve amount was from last year. A lot of people were disappointed because of this article; just know that this article was OLD. They were supposed to do it by the end of 2011. The reason they stopped was because the CBI audit found that there were more trillions of dinars outside. This was one of the most important reasons it did not happen yet.
The 2nd phase is the RI/RV of the IQD and the lower denominations. Before, everybody was against the RI/RV. Now everybody wants Shabibi to do it! This makes Delta happy . The CBI has to spend dollars to get dinars, but those dollars are coming out of the reserves. That will be a big problem for the CBI. They are spending 1 billion dollars out of the reserve every 4 days of so that they do the auctions. The more you have American dollars in the Iraqi market; the CBI is spending lots of billions of dollars which will make them lose a lot of money. An article came out today stating that they are spending a lot of dollars. The solution for that is RI/RV!!!
The last phase (Phase 3) is the 2-year period in order to phase out everything. They cannot put the lower denominations in without the RI/RV. So we all know that Phase 2 has to be the RI/RV. No one knows the date. There is a lot of pressure to do this.
Shabibi told the GOI last year that he would adjust exchange rate based on the passing of the budget. They are coming to Shabibi now telling him to raise the value before they pass the budget. There is a lot of fluctuation in the value of the IQD in the Iraqi market right now. People buy cars and houses, etc. with US dollars. They don’t use dinars for those purchases. This is creating lots of problems. There is a huge shortage of IQD, especially the 000s, right now in Iraq.
Those 44 trillion dinars that was found will not help the CBI at all. This money belongs to the GOI. It will help the government, but not the CBI. A lot of rumors are coming out. The CBI is telling us that they expect the IQD to be equal to $1 USD over the next two years. An article came out yesterday saying they are taking measures to make the IQD equivalent to the USD.
Logic, in Frank’s opinion, says that you would want to introduce the rate and give 24 hours. Parliament comes back on the 17th.
Frank mentioned Jack Lew is Obama’s new Chief of Staff. He once worked for President Clinton and was in charge of the surplus of the Kuwaiti dinar for about three years. He worked for Citigroup at one time. It appears that Jack Lew was also in office when the Kuwaiti dinar revalued! Lew is a budget expert.
Bluestar mentioned that CNBC will have a program tonight at 9:00 about what happened to the money in Iraq, for anyone who is interested in watching that. It will run again at midnight. “The Baghdad Job: Iraq’s Missing Billions”.

Glaring mistake is that in Dec 2009, there was a full govt and maliki's cabinet was full and functioning. The elections were not til MARCH 2010. It was then months and months that went by without a valid govt (and still no full seated govt).......

There are other mistakes with dates and info but I am too tired to go thru it. Flu is kickin my rear right now lol
