What are we grateful for?
I've received several reminders today, that I need to change my focus from what I don't have (no r.v.) to what
I do have. So I thought others may need a break too. Lets change the focus for a little bit today and share
with one another what we are grateful for ..... I'll start.
I am soooo grateful for my eyes that allow me to see the beautiful sky and the sun shining brightly today. I am grateful for the little girl who saw me walk by with my head hanging low at the grocery store. She made me look up and hold my head high because randomly in the loudest voice she could possibly find, she screamed, "HELLO" to me with the biggest brightest eyes and smile I've seen in a long
time. So on this day, I am grateful for this day and the little girl who made me smile and warmed my heart by choosing me to
simply say HELLO!!! I am blessed. I am full. I am whole.
Now your turn....

Ah Supergirl, you're not called super for nothin'! I am grateful to hear from people like you who get it. I am grateful for my wonderful son. I am grateful for my terrific family and friends. I am grateful to God and all my angels and guides for leading me to such an amazing investment. I am grateful for all the amazing love I've received and can give.
Thank you and God bless!

Supergirl: One quick thing I'm grateful for is that you acknowledged the happiness of that innocent child. The way you reacted to her may be more important than you'll ever know ... That connection she made with a complete stranger taught her that it's GOOD to make an effort to brighten someone else's day. Thanks for recognizing it!

Re: What are we grateful for?
Yes I do agree we need to take a step back and look at what we do have and grateful for it. This being we could be a much worse situation. Like most of the folks on here I am in desparate need of an RV. My husband served me with divorce papers, we got evicted from our home, he put a freeze on all of our joint accounts, and I am living on a friends couch with my two cats. I am thankful I have a friend who will allow me and my two cats to camp on his couch, and I was in good with my personal banker (because of our talks with dinar) he gave me a heads up so I was able to cancel all my direct depoists and withdrawals to prevent a further nightmare, and I go home to my couch everynight to the love and affection of my cats. My life is in the toilet but I can still see things I am thankful for. So supergirl thank you for your post. It helped me to see I do have things to be grateful for despite the mess my life has been turned into. Good news my soon to be ex does not know about my dinar investment. (not to be selfish but that is something I am also grateful for) My thanks to this site also for their knowledge, advice, and words of faith.

Re: What are we grateful for?
I have 2 cats they are 10 years and 7 years my male if loving and my female follows me everywhere. When I was hospitalized a year ago for a month my dad watched the cats he said the female (precious - her name) would cry for me, now she follows me everywhere and sleeps right next to me when I am home. I love them dearly. I am thankful I have them for pets. They are my comfort. They have always been loving and cuddly every since they were kittens. The male I adopted from a vet at 8 weeks old the female was a throw away I took home from work where she was abandoned. I fell in love and kept her. Thank you guys!

Re: What are we grateful for?
and so now i am grateful for all of your participation and all of your kind words. @dinarinterest i too was recently blessed with freedom from my significant other of 11 years, when he decided randomly that he wanted to move to florida and so move he did. i keep telling myself everyday when i wake up to the empty side of the bed....hmmm, i wonder what nice little tenderoni can i meet now that will fit nice and snug next to me under those sheets .... lol. joking... just trying to stay positive and uplifted. its ok to dream too, right? this experience for us too shall pass and we'll be all the better for it and millionaires to boot ;-)
here's a great quote i just found that i think fits in nicely with this thread:
“Give thanks for a little and you will find a lot.” –Hausa Proverb
Let's try to keep this thread alive. Peace and blessings to all of us.
