All that it means is that they will be looking for our dinar so they can do away with it that is the whole purpose of deleting the 0's...imo

People are not responding cuz its a repost of the same article that comes out every few months. Its just tiring to repeat the same answers lol. Gotta put all the info together not just pick one article to read. They have said they will begin and it will take 2 years for it to finish, so that could be where the 2013 comes from, OR they could wait and start then, who knows. Dont fret over dates. It will only give you heartburn lol

Like i have said before, I beleive they are referring to the completion date. 2013 is when they can say.."we deleted the 3 zeros." I beleive the starting point will be very soon in which they change the rate. To many factors lead to believe sooner than later. Example...why discuss it now if it 2 years away? Why where they collecting 3 zero notes for over a year if it still 2 more aways from happening? How can the stability in Iraq survive 2 more years without our troops? Why would the World Bank hold symposiums with the CBI and publish all the articles if it 2 years away? How do they plan to improve economic conditions if they are waiting 2 more years? How are they going to pay for items such as power plants, or infrastructor projects if they are waiting 2 more years? How are Iraqis going to get out of poverty without this to slimulate investment and create jobs? If this is a global event, how could the world economy survive waiting 2 more years? I am sure there are many more.

not to mention the recent drop in the value of the iqd.....that sure ain't helping anyone's purchasing power or confidence. Kap you think Shabbibi has told the parliments finance comm. and the other powers that be his true intentions ( or what we believe to be his true intentions )?

Until recently, it was stated that the CBI had not disclosed all the details of the plan. And that to me is the reason for the conflicting opinions between Parliament and the CBI. But an article just a day or so ago, implied that the CBI disclosed more of the details tp Paliament which to me seems to think we are really close.

Thanks JDT, there is an article out today which seems to indicate that there is a part of Chapter 7 that seems to have given them full financial freedom to deal with banks internationally.

And Shabs as been banging on about the deletion of the zeros again, looking good.
