Explaination Please??

If it is true that the r/v has occurred everywhere but in the US as I have read....... should I not be able to cross the pond and cash in in say....... England?? Yet on no site..... can I find any information that this is true..... every currency exchange site I have checked lists the same amounts...... 1 IQD = 0.00053 GBP or 0.00085 USD........ It would seem to me that of the r/v has occurred in all but the US due to political scandal by those in the upper echelon...... that I should be able to find current exchange values in other markets...... any thoughts?????

That's because it is all BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It will RV all at the SAME TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only concern yourself with what the banks are willing to pay you for the exchange, that is all that matters. Everything else is just chatter until it come to fruition.
