Most of us simply do not realize how powerful these guys really are. If the IMF is the Creature of Bretton Woods, then the SDRP’s are the Creatures of the IMF. Since 1969, they have called the shots, because virtually all of the world’s currencies of the industrialized nations north of the equator are indexed to the (now) dollar-pound-yen-euro consortium.

When the conditions have presented themselves such that the IMF is willing to act favorably upon them, then, and only then, will they pull the trigger on the revaluation of the IQD. Even the euro syndicate cannot act alone, for example, on the recent Greek bailout.

Stocks pared gains and the Nasdaq Composite hit a session low in afternoon trading today after a source said the European Union and International Monetary Fund will NOT release an 8 billion euro payment to Greece until after its planned referendum. Adding to market uncertainty, the U.S. Federal Reserve cut its forecast for economic growth, even as it earlier kept monetary policy steady.

This all happened because of what the IMF said and did—and nothing else. Another way of looking at it is trying to get a rezoning for a building permit without the blessings of the fire department. The fire guys have the last word.

The guys and gals of the IMF are the “fire guys” of the world's currencies.

So where is this person saying we stand now ...

Look, he is saying, don't look at Bagdad.

Look at WDC.

When we are talking trilions of dollars a ever so slight move in the market can mean +- billions for the those that are in control.

So it to be, the right timing. I am sure there are many discussions daily about the realeasing of the rate.

I am looking for Iraq to start asking Wheres the Money? In some fashion while WDC calculates hour to hour the best moment to pull the trigger.

Iraq has IMO, the very best they can now to bring in investors as required by the UN. I mean really, 1,000,000 people in 10 days!! Investors! Yep. This is a call to the UN , "We are giving her all we got".

The way I see it is, While the majority of the world is collapsing "FACT", Iraq only becomes stronger and stronger by the minute from any angle you look at it. And in no way the worlds economy seems to have impacted them in a negative form,but much rather, it seems to make them more powerful. I base my assumptions on news. Not my own opinion but the "supposedly" factual (even if contradictory at times) articles that pull out from Iraqi news... something to ponder on....be blessed.

All they really need is to pass the laws that will enable Americans (and other nations) to invest in their stock market, if I understand correctly. It seems right now that although the ISX is up and running, you still must be in Iraq to purchase stock in Iraqi-based business opportunities.

I could be wrong, though...does anyone else know?
