Predictable Tony yet again

Phony Tony has been chasing his rainbow for almost 13 years now. He predictably does about six major "get ready" announcements a year to keep his sheeple excited and donating. That means he has heralded an RV change about 80 times, each time to fall oh so short. But, as he always says, its not his fault, this little thing or that little thing tripped it up. Its not difficult to fabricate these events. Iraq has a corrupt and bumbling government, and are heavily influenced by Iran, who does not want them to achieve success of any kind. 

If you read Iraqi news, it appears that Iraq will become a regional and world player any minute now. They are planning to this and planning to do that, and are in talks and talks and talks about how to emerge back onto the world stage. But, at the end of the day, do absolutely nothing. This is a perfect setting for a sociopath to take advantage of to create his Get Rich Quick Scheme, one he has been milking for more than a decade. 

Iraq was threatened a couple of months ago by the UN to get their act together or face another take over, so they cobbled together a laughable bunch of clowns to appease the world. The rate did change a few pennies on the dollar but not enough to make any difference. But, it was enough to send Tony into a dizzy tizzy, predictably. He pops his turtle head out from under a rock occasionally, like today, to proclaim (once again) that "THEY ARE ON ALERT" with the link to some fuzzy news article saying that Iraq has high hopes for the future and if you just wait 50 more years, good things will come.
