Rafidain Bank announced, on Tuesday, granting loans worth 5 million dinars to students, professors and researchers in graduate studies.
And the media office of the bank stated in a statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that it "decided to grant a loan of up to five million dinars to students, professors and researchers in postgraduate studies in Iraqi government universities and private universities affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research."
The statement added, "The 5 million facilitator loan comes in order to cover the costs of scientific research provided by that important segment of society, which constitutes an essential pillar of the scientific construction."
