Agriculture begins to pay the financial dues to the farmers

On Sunday, the Ministry of Agriculture announced the start of disbursing financial dues to farmers marketing wheat and maize seeds for the 2020-2021 agricultural season.

The ministry said in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", that it "began, through the Mesopotamian State Seed Company, to disburse the financial dues to peasants and farmers marketing the seeds of the wheat and maize crops for the agricultural season 2020-2021 under the auspices of the Minister of Agriculture, Muhammad Al-Khafaji."

She added, "The Mesopotamian General Seed Company has started transferring all the remaining financial dues by 100% to all its centers in the governorates and under the supervision of the company's general manager, Naseem Oreibi," calling on "peasants, farmers, wheat seed producers and marketers of the yellow corn crop for the 2020-2021 agricultural season to speed up." By heading to maize waste and drying plants and seed purification and fumigation sites to receive their financial dues, bringing with them the original identification documents.
