The Rasheed Bank announced, on Wednesday, the percentage it had set for granting loans for maintenance of buildings and housing units, which was set at (5%) annually and for a period of (10) years.
The media office of the bank said in a statement received by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the bank has launched loans for building maintenance amounting to (30) million dinars for employees of the state departments whose salaries are located at the bank and (20) million for citizens with the guarantee of an employee whose salary is with the bank."
He added, "All branches have been instructed to promote the transactions of those wishing to apply."
