So there was no update of exchange rates for Mid-month Oct. and it is time for end of month rate changes to be posted and there are still no changes. I really doubt that the world economies are so stable right now that there has not been any fluctuation in exchange rates for a second time in a row?
I read this, and I may be wrong, as the lack of posted exchange rate changes is linked to the expectation of an RV which will change all these rates when it happens. This would be an indicator, not an absolute, that the RV is this close at hand.

No change for the IQD, but that does not mean anything. Iraq could RV?RI anytime and the UN will update the next available time.
