The head of the Change Bloc in the House of Representatives, Representative Yusuf Muhammad, acknowledged the existence of important judicial and banking documents on smuggling Iraqi funds abroad through the spoilers, including funds from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, expected to reach tens of billions of dollars.
