....what will blow your socks off is ISO 4217 says the currency symbol "$" is generally used to mean Mexican Peso amounts....look it up on xe.com........how would you like to know the real Dollar symbol has two lines thru it that connect at the bottom of the "S"........you think the money geniuses made a mistake? Your bank statements dont even have one currency symbol on them, nor your bills, the IRS uses the Mexican penny symbol on my "assessment" letters......did you know the only silver currency in use today is your wet ink signature? Which they convert before the ink dries.....then ten more times under the UETA, (because the Peso/Dollar ratio is about 10:1 ....fractionalization or short changing you in the bank back office? Better look very very carefully at your Tax forms to see if even the IRS is telling you what currency its in....some do....some dont....hmmmmmm.....then look at all your loan docs, car, boat, house, hhmmmmmmm.....they dont ever put in the loan contract its "United States Dollars".....hmmmmmmmmm.......but when I lived in Europe they always use currency symbols.......same in ME........what about on the ONE DOLLAR itself? Do you see the symbol described above?
