If you think about this, this is towards the end of August...then they will have the rest of September, all of October and then elections the first couple of days in November.  Man if I was Trump, if I wanted to make some people very very happy and you wanted to give some kind of boost to economies around the world, I could think of a way...how about we just reinstate that $3.22 right there. I would love to see that...

I'm sure that'll be a pretty big boost don't you think? I surely do. Article: "Parliament reveals: The draft budget for 2021 will be ready this month" This ought to be very very interesting...there are many people who believe in this budget is the rate change...this is good. Let's get it out of the way. Seriously, let's get in there early. Let's get it voted on. Let's get it reviewed so there's no more excused and there's no delays.  That would really be a huge step if Iraq could this time around get their budget in ahead of time to be discussed and voted on...everything is looking good...
