FYI, unsecured personal loans are the riskiest of lending, and assuming they're having "liquidity problems" .. given the fact the GOI is basically bleeding oil revenues .. begs the question.
how do they lend money they don't have?
#DOJ.gov #FTC.gov #IRS.gov remind us all again how unlicensed currency pumpers are allowed to profit from fake news / fraud .. "wink".
