  [via PDK]  Remember Noone knows the exact timing but what we hear from 3 Redemption Centers this morning is they are Fully Staffed with big expectations!  So, today is a good day to keep watch...I know I will be. [Has Iraq officially RV’d yet?]  No but there are rumors they could possible come out tomorrow or Saturday with the new rate.



 [What will dong rates be?] 


 I still hear that street rate will start at about .45 to .50 cents and letting it float...contract rates may be as high as $2
