There has always been the radial options on this page to look at the full list or only the rates that have been exchanged in the last scheduled change. The site has also updated twice a month consistently on the 1st and the 15th, posting the scheduled changes two days in advance.

So first note that if you select the option to view the latest changes the web page has been updated to select changes since the 1st of Oct, second if you select the option, it comes up blank, something I have never seen before.

Notice also that there are no currencies posted as scheduled to change and it is already the 16th. These are market adjustments, not just RV changes.

It would be my opinion that this may be an indicator of a bigger impending change? :shock:

no not really...it has been like that for me for several months now.

If you browse through the history of changes on various currencies you can confirm the consistency of change at the beginning of each month and the end of each month and I have been observing this for the better part of a year. The guidlines of operations also clearly state that they post the rates 2 days before they go active. This is the first time during the time frame I have observed this page continuously that the "changes since" link has ever gone to a lack of content.

I have been watching this as well and believe it to be a good indicator. We are told rates can change any time but have been fairly consistent to the 1st and 15th. IMO, I believe the explanation of currency baskets being released will take a big hit of credibility if rates change and the baskets RV's are not manifested.

It is now 5 days past when this normally updates and hte Rate Change goes to:

No changes on operational rates since 01 Oct 2011.
Please select 'None' as filter option to display all operational rates.

Yet Forex shows distinct flucuation since the first.

The change in the middle of the month is an "if applicable" change. It has been blank before.

The could change it if the RV was tomorrow. Its just a matter of calling the webmaster. ut we still need ERBIL!
