Rafidain Bank holds a meeting to discuss the reopening of its branch in Cairo

[ltr]Rafidain Bank held an extensive meeting with the Egyptian delegation to discuss the arrangements for reopening the Rafidain Bank branch in the Egyptian capital Cairo. The Iraqi delegation was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Director General of Rafidain Bank, Dr. Khawla Taleb Jabbar and a number of officials in the relevant departments and authorities. The two sides discussed the mechanism and conditions for reopening the bank branch in Cairo, overcoming all obstacles and problems facing it, and finding solutions to them. The two sides exchanged different views on the outstanding issues that hinder the opening of the branch and agreed on the necessity of implementation. P in the completion of that important event, which is in the interest and benefit of both sides and the public interest.[/ltr]

[rtl]Baghdad / Al-Ghad Press:[/rtl]

[rtl]Rafidain Bank announced on Friday the opening of documentary credits to the ministries of state and traders and public and private sector companies and soft commissions.[/rtl]

[rtl]"The bank is ready to receive applications to open documentary credits for traders and the public and private sectors in financing foreign trade," the bank said in a statement.[/rtl]

[rtl]He explained that the opening of the documentary credit for traders who import, export, ship and take out their goods if they comply with the legal conditions is easy in the bank as the Rafidain Bank is a government entity and therefore the completion of the letter of opening the letter of credit is according to the rapid procedures different from other banks.[/rtl]
