The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad, visited the Ministry of Education building in the Kurdistan Regional Government in the Governor of Erbil. On the other hand, His Excellency visited the Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Region and was received by the Minister of Finance Mr. Awat Sheikh Janab. The need to resolve the problems and obstacles facing the Ministry, represented by the salaries of the region's employees, is a constitutional and legal right and should not be interrupted in any way due to political differences. Efforts should continue to open channels of communication between the Federal Ministry of Finance In the region and the convergence of views between the two sides in order to solve the problems related to the federal budget for 2020.

For his part, the Minister welcomed the visit of the Vice-President of the Council and congratulated him, and appreciated at the same time the continued efforts of mourning and its prominent role in the legislative institution and at all levels to serve all citizens throughout Iraq.
