Rafidain issues clarification on loans of 100 million dinars

Rafidain Bank announced on Monday that the granting of loans of 100 million dinars maximum to employees and 50 million citizens to buy housing units in residential investment projects in Baghdad and the provinces.

"The investment companies wishing to market their housing units and complexes, support and finance them should visit the bank's general administration for the purpose of coordination and cooperation and provide the necessary support and activate the national economy in order to resolve the housing crisis," the bank's media office said in a statement seen by Al-Iqtisadiah.

The statement added that "the bank will identify other names for residential complexes in Baghdad and the provinces for the purpose of informing the citizen of the apartments and in this light is granted loans to buy those units."
