[Asharq Al-Awsat] Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hakim, the international coalition and the world, has called for help to eliminate a hawk who said his cells were still a threat.
"The Iraqi government hopes to continue to support the international coalition to eliminate an oppressive, especially the cells of the sleeping organization," Hakim said at a meeting of foreign ministers of the international coalition in Washington.
"Iraq has settled with the help of the international coalition, but we must emphasize the principles on which the coalition is based, and the most important is respect for sovereignty," he said.
"All coalition operations must be done with the prior knowledge of the Iraqi government and with its consent," he said.
