The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbous in a statement during the meeting held today Tuesday said the Iraqi parliament to hold a meeting on Wednesday and will include a vote on the federal budget for the current year, and COMPLETE THE VOTE ON THE MINISTERS VACANT IN THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FORMATION headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi.
Meanwhile also on Tuesday the MP for the reform alliance Badr al-Ziadi said the federal budget law for the year 2019 will be ready to vote in parliament on Thursday. So how can they vote on it on Wednesday if it is not ready until Thursday?

THE NEWS ON THE IRAQI DINAR REINSTATEMENT
There is some good news as I know the CBI desperately wants to move ahead with this process but is being held back. Over this past weekend we had a situation when the CBI wanted to reinstate and tried to pull the trigger. It was unsuccessful. Some ask me how did I know since no one knows a date or a firm rate. My answer is obvious that I did not know a date or a rate until AFTER the fact. How could I? I just happened to have called my CBI contact to get an update and this is what I was told. Are they lying to me? I don’t think so,,, maybe …but I don’t think so. The very good news it the CBI still has plans for the month of January and we still have 9 days remaining…
I also want to take this valuable time, while we wait for the reinstatement, to help educate many of you on matters concerning your freedoms. Many of these gurus do not want to talk about these things. They call it politics. I call it FREEDOM FIGHTING. I don’t know about you but I can’t just sit back and stick my head in the sand and ignore any longer what is happening with the “globalization” efforts. It is all interconnected with what is happening in Iraq. It is a global conspiracy for world dominance.
Yes, it is scary and many who don’t want to face it head on and do something about it, will be the first to complain later once they see the end results (if it is not checked). This dispute over “globalization” goes way beyond FREE TRADE or NOT and has taken on an entirely new meaning.
Many of you like to come on my Facebook site and comment. I am telling you that you are preaching to the choir especially when you just repeat what I have said. What we all should be talking about is what progress have YOU made in helping to educate others. This is the major obstacle. I believe that once enough people know the TRUTH real change will begin. There is some NESARA, GESARA group of idiots who want to make you believe they are behind the scenes working on your behalf to fix the government. Don’t believe a word of this nonsense. If anything is going to fix the situation it is going to be the efforts of good people like YOU and ME. We will make the difference. Many on my site also suggest to pray and I agree. Prayer is very good but God also wants action. Again, everyone just wants to pass the buck to someone else to do the dirty work. Now its passed on to God? Really?
People if you want to be FREE you must speak out. Be outspoken and demonstrate. Tell the damned government you know the TRUTH when these matters come up. For instance, there was a recent “right to Life” protest in Washington over the weekend against funding abortion clinics. Did you support it? Oh- but you are against taking your tax dollars and using it to pay for abortions- Roe vs Wade decision?
Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), is a landmark decision issued in 1973 by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of the constitutionality of laws that criminalized or restricted access to abortions. Was this a fair decision? What was the overall impact?
So again my point is this I ask – What are YOU doing except complaining all the time? I really get sick and tired of “do nothing” individuals, yet they want to complain later about it. You have the POWER take it and use it. Don’t you understand and see it. The entire government is only a handful of people compared to 365 million citizens. Kick them the hell out of office unless they are working to better the county and your way of life. Find your voting does not matter? Then form large bands of voters to set agenda to massively cast millions of votes to get these crooked senators and congressmen out. Don’t let the news media lead you. They are as crooked as the politicians.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Tuesday, the unification of customs tariffs and full control of all border crossings of the country.
"The government has gone a long way in organizing the work of the border crossings," Abdul-Mahdi said during a weekly conference held after the cabinet meeting attended by the correspondent.
He added that "he focused during his visit to the province of Basra on the implementation of important projects throughout the province."
(Mnt Goat – we have been told many years ago that the customs and tariffs revenue for Iraq could rival the oil revenue if it could be unified and fully controlled. So this article today says they have done it. But remember in order to determine the amount of billing they need to be able to convert the foreign currency to equivalent dinar and they can’t do that unless the dinar is on the global currency exchanges. We know they have integrated already with a global import/export system. So is this the next step coming soon to complete the project?)

CURRENCY AUCTIONS MAY NOT ENTIRELY BE GOING AWAY?
The currency auctions may never completely go away. Instead the CBI may just change the process. Instead of converting dinars to US dollars, they may be selling dinars to the rest of world, but only after the dinar is reinstated and worth something. Why would anyone want the dinar at an 8/10 of a penny? So here are pieces from the most recent article on this subject matter. Note the wording “sanctions”. This is why they had the auctions in the first place. What are they really trying to tell us in this article?
The Central Bank of Iraq, an agreement for the approval of the draft financial budget for the year 2019.
"The budget will be approved because most of the points of contention have been agreed," Central Bank adviser Walid Abdul Nabi told AFP.
Abdul Nabi pointed out that "the Central Bank THROUGH THE SANCTIONS COMMITTEE INCLUDES SPECIALISTS in the departments of the bank," pointing out that "the Committee imposed fines amounted to 566 billion Iraqi dinars in respect of the Bank of Baghdad and fines imposed on him for various purposes, including the lack of full documentation and the bank exploited to customers bear all the results and fines imposed on customers. "
He explained that "IMPORTS ARE COVERED EITHER BY A TRANSFER OR A DOCUMENT THAT IS AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION AND THE RIGHT OF ALL EXPLOITERS TO ACCOUNT for the bank," revealing "we have more than 760 call on banks to guarantee the rights of customers."

Abdel-Nabi defended the "daily auction of the central bank, which is selling between 100 to 150 million dollars," noting that "THE CENTRAL BANK HELPED THE PRIVATE SECTOR THROUGH THIS AUCTION."
"The Iraqi economy was meeting the requirements of the ministries of trade, health, industry and agriculture, but no amount was allocated to the private sector."
The Central Bank adviser expressed his "astonishment at how the documents of the Central Bank reached the satellite channels and the media," stressing that ""The bank is an institution founded by fighting Iraqis and defaming them is not true," he said, denying that there were pressures on the bank.

Headlines from CNN Business Report read- “Davos no-shows reflect the world in a state of crisis”. I say this is just another propaganda headline.
The reality is the world is in crisis because of meetings like Davos. So, let’s call it what it is and stop telling everyone we need these meetings or the world is going to be in a crisis. These kinds of meetings are the cause of the crises. Get it? The only reason why Trump or a US delegation is not going to Davos for the globalization meeting is that Trump is not globalist and has made that view very clear. So CNN (of course) puts up this headline to make excuses for these other leaders from UK and France as to why they are not showing up. Simply put - they are sick and tired of all this globalization crap and what else it is leading to that the UN is pushing on everyone and their global takeover agenda.
I want everyone to know my stand on globalization. I am all for globalization and that there is nothing wrong with it as long as it is not one sided and lop sided. There must be free trade and balanced trade. Globalization must not mean taking over the world by some centralized government by manipulating economies or financial situations. Didn’t we learn our lesson during WW2? Must we go through this all over again? Let me explain more.
Globalization must not have conditions to eliminate national sovereignty or require nations to disregard their immigration policies for the sake of “open borders”. The term “open borders” should not literally mean open up your borders and allow any riff raff or terrorists into your country.
Globalization since the early 1990 however has come to mean a very different meaning of the past. In the past there has been mostly FAIR and HONEST trade between nations. The new nefarious meaning of globalization is not only because of the unfair trade practices but because it has come to mean a dominance and takeover of countries by a centralized entity namely the United Nations (UN).
This is being promulgated by the UN leadership. If you study the backgrounds of the leaders you will find illuminati and national socialist roots. I don’t know about you but I do not want to go back to this WW2 stuff and so we must kick this old bucket off the road instead of kicking it down the road once again. Get it? We do not need one world centralized government or even a “governing body” as they say to make is sound nice. They are shoving this crap down our throats with fancy terms like social justice and humanitarian rights.
So this new globalization concept is similar and part of this global warming hoax. It is all a pretext and a pack of lies hiding the true intent of the leaders of the UN and their plan to build a One World Government.
They call this the New World Order. Oh - their authored books, summit meetings and documented plans (Agenda 21/30 document) make it all sound so good for humanity. They are going to change the world. Really?
Yes, they are going to change the world but again not the kind of change you want. For instance, we all fell for this “change” as declared as a campaign slogan for the Obama presidential race and so where did this kind of change get us? It got us a messed up foreign policy, massive debt over $8 trillion in eight years, the start of socialized healthcare system, unfair trade practices, unfair immigration policies (DACA), more racism, less national unity, more global warming crap, etc… We can say this was just the cause of a president who did not know what he was doing but let’s not take this too lightly. Barrack Obama is a very intelligent man. He knew exactly what he was doing. The fact that he came out of nowhere all of a sudden and ran for president should tell you he was just another New World Order puppet president.
Funny how these charlatans always use words you want to hear but for them have the very opposite meanings. Like the “Patriot Act”. This act is anything but patriotic as it severely erodes the constitutional rights of the American citizen and can be used as a precedence for future laws. What about the “Affordable Care Act”? This act is anything but “affordable” and originally even penalized individuals with a fine for not having insurance. So minimum levels of insurance became mandatory or you paid anyhow. So those that can’t afford insurance get fined.
Oh -they want you to come to the government run subsidized brokerage to get insurance in these cases. This is how they want to slowly roll you into a socialized healthcare system. All you have to do is remember Hillary Clinton’s, then the first lady, and her presentations on TV when she would hold up a plastic card and say all Americans will have a government run healthcare coverage. Did you forget about this so easily? This is their social plan. Why did her plan get turned down then? Was it because they hadn’t yet stacked the government with their socialized puppet politicians? We see just who they are too (Schumer, Pelosi, Lynch, Booker, Sanders, Warren, Waters, Leahy, Harris, etc… )
Eventually they want to migrate everyone over to this social healthcare network. So again, “affordable”? Not even to the nation at this time can afford this kind of socialism as how could the US even think of socialized healthcare with a looming $22+ trillion national debt. Won’t this plan be the final straw to break the US? But this is the plan. So this is why they defy common sense and do it anyway.
Remember these new UN globalists want massive debt for all nations. This is their stronghold on these countries. This is the way they blackmail you later with these massive loans you can never repay (going back to the economic hit man). We see this stronghold on the US nation with the Federal Reserve in financing the US national debt. We see their tactics with members of the EU (Greece and Italy). We can see them trying these tactics now with Iraq. The only saving grace for Iraq is that they are so wealthy, that even with all the corruption, the flow of oil revenues helps them to keep bouncing back.
Does it strike anyone weird that this new definition of globalization creeped up on us right after the 1990’s Kyoto Protocol in Rio De Janeiro? But let’s make some more connections too.
This is the same period the US first attacked Iraq and president Bush declared afterwards his New Word Order speech. Oh – but there is more.
This is exactly the same period we first also see this nefarious UN Agenda 21 plan. The product of the Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. The UN Agenda 21 was published in 1993 and was put swiftly into action in the US and Europe. Oh – but there is more to understand….

Also we need to see that the European Union (EU) was created by the Maastricht Treaty on Nov. 1, 1993. Surprise! Surprise! As we know the EU is a political and economic union between 27 European countries (soon to be only 26) that sets policies concerning the members’ economies, societies, laws, and, to some extent, security.
The EU was the first step in creating many more of these global unions of countries. Again, this EU and its goals was accomplished under a false pretext. These 27 nations were told to believe it was in an effort to unite the countries of Europe and end the period of wars between neighboring countries. Oh – yes this could be the case too in the short-term but under who’s leadership? To truly understand the EU implementation, you must see the BIG picture and the overall multi- generational plan and how it fits into the global conquest of the planet.
So let me explain just a few more of the parts to this plan and maybe you can see the nefarious meaning to it.
First let me say that these 27 nations of the EU have sold their souls to the devil. They may not know it yet but its coming…They have given up their national sovereign under a false pretext. When you give up your national currency and rights you are slaves. These 27 nations were not being told the entire long-term plan. There were intentional politicians that weaseled their way into politics of these countries that were used to convince the nations to go forward with joining the EU. Guess you could say they were political plants. This was so obvious at the time with France, Germany and Belgium.
This is a conquest of Europe only done peacefully. I got to say the UN leadership is real tricky. Hey! - isn’t this what the Nazi Germans wanted in the 1930’s and 40’s - a conquest of the world? They had almost all of Europe (except the Great Britain) too. Only they did it forcefully. Does it surprise you that the UK then is pulling out of the EU? So who came to the rescue of the FREE world in WW2? Wasn’t it mostly GB and the USA? I do not count Russia since they did not come to FREE the world from tyranny at this time but to enslave under another form. So does is surprise you then that they are disappointed so far it is taking so long to “neutralize” the USA. They are also trying desperately to force the UK to stay in the EU. They are doing this by political rhetoric as they have already staged their EU puppets in the UK parliament. Have you watched any of these hearings on the Brexit?

Does the UK know something coming the rest of these countries have not yet seen or see but are trapped already? Article 15 of the EU treaty makes it very difficult to get out of the EU and there are penalties.

And so for me I like to call it like it is. If you don’t tell the entire TRUTH and just give half-truths to serve you short-term goals knowing there are other long-term goals you are not telling people, than this is lying no matter how else you look at it.
What is coming next?
So the UN does not want to engage the general public very much in these discussions of “global governance”. They do these meeting behind closed door meetings with the press. Why is this? They don’t want to publish future goals as you might not like what they have in plan for you. Better if they keep lying to you and giving you false pretexts of why they do what they do.
So the long-term plan includes other “Unions”. In my last newsletter I talked briefly about the AMERO (Canada, USA and MEXICA) currency. This is to be the currency of the North American Community concept.
This is why the democrats are fighting so hard to keep the open borders with Mexico. They know of this plan and are setting up for it already. The plan was to get Hillary Clinton in office as president and push this along as they are behind schedule. The UN plan was to implement the creation of a North American Community to become a part of ALL THE GLOBAL UNIONS as early as 2010. While such a concept is widely and officially denied, millions of dollars are flowing through working committees such as the 2007 NASCO Conference on May 30-June 1 titled, “Moving America Forward”. But this nefarious plan does not have to happen and the US can stand firm and not to give in to losing their national sovereignty. I think this will be the case as long as Trump is in office. Then what happens when his term expires?
Other planned “Unions” include transitioning into 9 other global regions of dominance and control, the North American Community being one of them. The EU being said the most challenging and a “beta” test and model for the rest.
Once the 10 regions are under the UN control, they then will begin the push for yet more global unity and control with global armed services. The concept it not new as the UN now has a limited global force but relies mostly on member nations to supply the brunt of the forces and equipment. This will not be the case in the future. There are some very tricky and hidden mandates in the articles of these Union treaties that state armed services will be handed over under full control of the global governance body, meaning the UN One World Order government. Let there be no doubt in your mind that if the UN is able to pull this off there will be no more national sovereignty for any nation on the planet and no nation will be able to defend itself any nefarious mandates the UN imposes upon member nations. If you read the Agenda 21/30 plan document you get a really good sense of just where the UN is going with this. I included a full explanation in my Facebook Video section of what this all could lead to in the future. I encourage everyone to read my Facebook NOTES and listen to these Videos. I do not want to sound like some conspiracy freak but the more I study this UN plan for the world the more I do not like it. I have attended many conferences on this topic and much of these plans have been clearly laded out. So this is NO conspiracy theory but reality.
But there is hope and your reality can be much different than the reality of these mad UN leaders who are putting this all together. Your nation does not have to go along with these plans. But in resisting you must first think rationally.
Here are just some of the logical things you can do:
1.educate the citizens on what is really going on behind their backs, just like I am doing today;
2. demand through your own governmental leaders that these secret meetings be open to the public and the news media be allowed to attend and broadcast to the general public;
3. minutes from these meeting must then also have full transparency to the general public;
4. demand legislation be put in place to prohibit any Agenda 21/30 acceptance and implementation;
5. demand that your nation maintains its national currency and national sovereignty at any cost;
6. demand the government work towards reducing the national debt and make it a national priority not just lip service;
7. demand the government come up with a plan and time table to overturn or let expire many of these special national security laws (i.e. Patriots Act) put in place under duress in time of fear and terrorist attacks;
8. demand that your nation bring on a new war, a war on corruption within your own government. As part of this war you must enact a law that asks “where did you get this money from”. Did you ever wonder how all these senators and congressmen get these multi-million dollar homes, vacation homes, limo, yachts and afford to send their kids to ivy league schools?
9. demand new election laws that prohibit family descendants of past presidents from running for the same presidential or vice presidential offices;
10. demand new election laws that prohibit family descendants from partaking in any national, state or local political office while one or both of the parents or siblings are currently holding the presidential office.
Can you see how #9 and 10 have been part of the problem. Anarchy rule in the USA has been taking place. We see it with the Bush and now the Clinton family. Political influence and conflict of interest and the possibility for corruption when descendants of a current president are state governors, senators and congressmen. Can you see what happened with the rigged voting in Florida under Ted Bush in support for his brother?
So we can easily see that the very early 1990’s was a huge sudden shift in moving ahead with this new World Government. A period of launching this new UN directives upon the world. It was like they suddenly cranked it up. I can only imagine these UN and world globalist sitting in a room somewhere, probably at the G20 summit or at a Bilderberg meeting designing this schedule of when to roll this out.

In the early 1990’s this big push by the UN to redefine globalization when in fact globalization was nothing new and had been around forever. This word “globalization” now leaves a bad taste in your mouth today. Maybe some day we can turn this around and have fair and honest trade once again for the right reasons.
I will even go do far as to say that perhaps this concept of the United Nations and what their real charter should be must be looked at more closely. Are they given to much power? Have they been compromised in such a way as that they seek more power for nefarious means? Perhaps it is time to disband the UN and close it down? Perhaps it is time to shut down all their nefarious plans for the planet, break apart the EU and go back to national sovereignty. Perhaps this UN group has been the cause of this constant global wars. Many will argue with me over these points but it is very hard now to separate the UN from the illuminati and these other groups bent on taking over the planet.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ AND THE OBJECTIVES OF MONETARY POLICY
Monetary policy has been and continues to be a vital issue in the country's economic life. It is a reflection of the general performance of the state and its seriousness in avoiding difficulties and emerging dilemmas and making them consistent with the goals set.
Before 2003, monetary policy was an extension of the government's self-deception. Hence the need for radical reform of the Central Bank and the new law of the bank was issued in 2004 and its amendments in 2017, which affirmed independence and established its primary role in protecting the country's resources.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbous in a statement during the meeting held today Tuesday said the Iraqi parliament to hold a meeting on Wednesday and will include a vote on the federal budget for the current year, and COMPLETE THE VOTE ON THE MINISTERS VACANT IN THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT FORMATION headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi.
Meanwhile also on Tuesday the MP for the reform alliance Badr al-Ziadi said the federal budget law for the year 2019 will be ready to vote in parliament on Thursday. So how can they vote on it on Wednesday if it is not ready until Thursday?

THE NEWS ON THE IRAQI DINAR REINSTATEMENT
There is some good news as I know the CBI desperately wants to move ahead with this process but is being held back. Over this past weekend we had a situation when the CBI wanted to reinstate and tried to pull the trigger. It was unsuccessful. Some ask me how did I know since no one knows a date or a firm rate. My answer is obvious that I did not know a date or a rate until AFTER the fact. How could I? I just happened to have called my CBI contact to get an update and this is what I was told. Are they lying to me? I don’t think so,,, maybe …but I don’t think so. The very good news it the CBI still has plans for the month of January and we still have 9 days remaining…
I also want to take this valuable time, while we wait for the reinstatement, to help educate many of you on matters concerning your freedoms. Many of these gurus do not want to talk about these things. They call it politics. I call it FREEDOM FIGHTING. I don’t know about you but I can’t just sit back and stick my head in the sand and ignore any longer what is happening with the “globalization” efforts. It is all interconnected with what is happening in Iraq. It is a global conspiracy for world dominance.
Yes, it is scary and many who don’t want to face it head on and do something about it, will be the first to complain later once they see the end results (if it is not checked). This dispute over “globalization” goes way beyond FREE TRADE or NOT and has taken on an entirely new meaning.
Many of you like to come on my Facebook site and comment. I am telling you that you are preaching to the choir especially when you just repeat what I have said. What we all should be talking about is what progress have YOU made in helping to educate others. This is the major obstacle. I believe that once enough people know the TRUTH real change will begin. There is some NESARA, GESARA group of idiots who want to make you believe they are behind the scenes working on your behalf to fix the government. Don’t believe a word of this nonsense. If anything is going to fix the situation it is going to be the efforts of good people like YOU and ME. We will make the difference. Many on my site also suggest to pray and I agree. Prayer is very good but God also wants action. Again, everyone just wants to pass the buck to someone else to do the dirty work. Now its passed on to God? Really?

For instance, there was a recent “right to Life” protest in Washington over the weekend against funding abortion clinics. Did you support it? Oh- but you are against taking your tax dollars and using it to pay for abortions- Roe vs Wade decision?

You have the POWER take it and use it. Don’t you understand and see it. The entire government is only a handful of people compared to 365 million citizens. Kick them the hell out of office unless they are working to better the county and your way of life. Find your voting does not matter? Then form large bands of voters to set agenda to massively cast millions of votes to get these crooked senators and congressmen out. Don’t let the news media lead you. They are as crooked as the politicians.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Tuesday, the unification of customs tariffs and full control of all border crossings of the country.
"The government has gone a long way in organizing the work of the border crossings," Abdul-Mahdi said during a weekly conference held after the cabinet meeting attended by the correspondent.
He added that "he focused during his visit to the province of Basra on the implementation of important projects throughout the province."
(Mnt Goat – we have been told many years ago that the customs and tariffs revenue for Iraq could rival the oil revenue if it could be unified and fully controlled. So this article today says they have done it. But remember in order to determine the amount of billing they need to be able to convert the foreign currency to equivalent dinar and they can’t do that unless the dinar is on the global currency exchanges. We know they have integrated already with a global import/export system. So is this the next step coming soon to complete the project?)

CURRENCY AUCTIONS MAY NOT ENTIRELY BE GOING AWAY?
The currency auctions may never completely go away. Instead the CBI may just change the process. Instead of converting dinars to US dollars, they may be selling dinars to the rest of world, but only after the dinar is reinstated and worth something. Why would anyone want the dinar at an 8/10 of a penny? So here are pieces from the most recent article on this subject matter. Note the wording “sanctions”. This is why they had the auctions in the first place. What are they really trying to tell us in this article?

Headlines from CNN Business Report read- “Davos no-shows reflect the world in a state of crisis”. I say this is just another propaganda headline.
The reality is the world is in crisis because of meetings like Davos. So, let’s call it what it is and stop telling everyone we need these meetings or the world is going to be in a crisis. These kinds of meetings are the cause of the crises. Get it? The only reason why Trump or a US delegation is not going to Davos for the globalization meeting is that Trump is not globalist and has made that view very clear. So CNN (of course) puts up this headline to make excuses for these other leaders from UK and France as to why they are not showing up. Simply put - they are sick and tired of all this globalization crap and what else it is leading to that the UN is pushing on everyone and their global takeover agenda.
I want everyone to know my stand on globalization. I am all for globalization and that there is nothing wrong with it as long as it is not one sided and lop sided. There must be free trade and balanced trade. Globalization must not mean taking over the world by some centralized government by manipulating economies or financial situations. Didn’t we learn our lesson during WW2? Must we go through this all over again? Let me explain more.
Globalization must not have conditions to eliminate national sovereignty or require nations to disregard their immigration policies for the sake of “open borders”. The term “open borders” should not literally mean open up your borders and allow any riff raff or terrorists into your country.
Globalization since the early 1990 however has come to mean a very different meaning of the past. In the past there has been mostly FAIR and HONEST trade between nations. The new nefarious meaning of globalization is not only because of the unfair trade practices but because it has come to mean a dominance and takeover of countries by a centralized entity namely the United Nations (UN).
This is being promulgated by the UN leadership. If you study the backgrounds of the leaders you will find illuminati and national socialist roots. I don’t know about you but I do not want to go back to this WW2 stuff and so we must kick this old bucket off the road instead of kicking it down the road once again. Get it? We do not need one world centralized government or even a “governing body” as they say to make is sound nice. They are shoving this crap down our throats with fancy terms like social justice and humanitarian rights.
So this new globalization concept is similar and part of this global warming hoax. It is all a pretext and a pack of lies hiding the true intent of the leaders of the UN and their plan to build a One World Government.
They call this the New World Order. Oh - their authored books, summit meetings and documented plans (Agenda 21/30 document) make it all sound so good for humanity. They are going to change the world. Really?
Yes, they are going to change the world but again not the kind of change you want. For instance, we all fell for this “change” as declared as a campaign slogan for the Obama presidential race and so where did this kind of change get us? It got us a messed up foreign policy, massive debt over $8 trillion in eight years, the start of socialized healthcare system, unfair trade practices, unfair immigration policies (DACA), more racism, less national unity, more global warming crap, etc… We can say this was just the cause of a president who did not know what he was doing but let’s not take this too lightly. Barrack Obama is a very intelligent man. He knew exactly what he was doing. The fact that he came out of nowhere all of a sudden and ran for president should tell you he was just another New World Order puppet president.
Funny how these charlatans always use words you want to hear but for them have the very opposite meanings. Like the “Patriot Act”. This act is anything but patriotic as it severely erodes the constitutional rights of the American citizen and can be used as a precedence for future laws. What about the “Affordable Care Act”? This act is anything but “affordable” and originally even penalized individuals with a fine for not having insurance. So minimum levels of insurance became mandatory or you paid anyhow. So those that can’t afford insurance get fined.
Oh -they want you to come to the government run subsidized brokerage to get insurance in these cases. This is how they want to slowly roll you into a socialized healthcare system. All you have to do is remember Hillary Clinton’s, then the first lady, and her presentations on TV when she would hold up a plastic card and say all Americans will have a government run healthcare coverage. Did you forget about this so easily? This is their social plan. Why did her plan get turned down then? Was it because they hadn’t yet stacked the government with their socialized puppet politicians? We see just who they are too (Schumer, Pelosi, Lynch, Booker, Sanders, Warren, Waters, Leahy, Harris, etc… )
Eventually they want to migrate everyone over to this social healthcare network. So again, “affordable”? Not even to the nation at this time can afford this kind of socialism as how could the US even think of socialized healthcare with a looming $22+ trillion national debt. Won’t this plan be the final straw to break the US? But this is the plan. So this is why they defy common sense and do it anyway.
Remember these new UN globalists want massive debt for all nations. This is their stronghold on these countries. This is the way they blackmail you later with these massive loans you can never repay (going back to the economic hit man). We see this stronghold on the US nation with the Federal Reserve in financing the US national debt. We see their tactics with members of the EU (Greece and Italy). We can see them trying these tactics now with Iraq. The only saving grace for Iraq is that they are so wealthy, that even with all the corruption, the flow of oil revenues helps them to keep bouncing back.

As we know the EU is a political and economic union between 27 European countries (soon to be only 26) that sets policies concerning the members’ economies, societies, laws, and, to some extent, security.
The EU was the first step in creating many more of these global unions of countries. Again, this EU and its goals was accomplished under a false pretext. These 27 nations were told to believe it was in an effort to unite the countries of Europe and end the period of wars between neighboring countries. Oh – yes this could be the case too in the short-term but under who’s leadership? To truly understand the EU implementation, you must see the BIG picture and the overall multi- generational plan and how it fits into the global conquest of the planet.
So let me explain just a few more of the parts to this plan and maybe you can see the nefarious meaning to it.
First let me say that these 27 nations of the EU have sold their souls to the devil. They may not know it yet but its coming…They have given up their national sovereign under a false pretext. When you give up your national currency and rights you are slaves. These 27 nations were not being told the entire long-term plan. There were intentional politicians that weaseled their way into politics of these countries that were used to convince the nations to go forward with joining the EU. Guess you could say they were political plants. This was so obvious at the time with France, Germany and Belgium.
This is a conquest of Europe only done peacefully. I got to say the UN leadership is real tricky. Hey! - isn’t this what the Nazi Germans wanted in the 1930’s and 40’s - a conquest of the world? They had almost all of Europe (except the Great Britain) too. Only they did it forcefully. Does it surprise you that the UK then is pulling out of the EU? So who came to the rescue of the FREE world in WW2? Wasn’t it mostly GB and the USA? I do not count Russia since they did not come to FREE the world from tyranny at this time but to enslave under another form. So does is surprise you then that they are disappointed so far it is taking so long to “neutralize” the USA. They are also trying desperately to force the UK to stay in the EU. They are doing this by political rhetoric as they have already staged their EU puppets in the UK parliament. Have you watched any of these hearings on the Brexit?
Does this all sound weird and scary to you?
Does the UK know something coming the rest of these countries have not yet seen or see but are trapped already? Article 15 of the EU treaty makes it very difficult to get out of the EU and there are penalties.

And so for me I like to call it like it is. If you don’t tell the entire TRUTH and just give half-truths to serve you short-term goals knowing there are other long-term goals you are not telling people, than this is lying no matter how else you look at it.
What is coming next?
So the UN does not want to engage the general public very much in these discussions of “global governance”. They do these meeting behind closed door meetings with the press. Why is this? They don’t want to publish future goals as you might not like what they have in plan for you. Better if they keep lying to you and giving you false pretexts of why they do what they do.
So the long-term plan includes other “Unions”. In my last newsletter I talked briefly about the AMERO (Canada, USA and MEXICA) currency. This is to be the currency of the North American Community concept.
This is why the democrats are fighting so hard to keep the open borders with Mexico. They know of this plan and are setting up for it already. The plan was to get Hillary Clinton in office as president and push this along as they are behind schedule. The UN plan was to implement the creation of a North American Community to become a part of ALL THE GLOBAL UNIONS as early as 2010. While such a concept is widely and officially denied, millions of dollars are flowing through working committees such as the 2007 NASCO Conference on May 30-June 1 titled, “Moving America Forward”. But this nefarious plan does not have to happen and the US can stand firm and not to give in to losing their national sovereignty. I think this will be the case as long as Trump is in office. Then what happens when his term expires?
Other planned “Unions” include transitioning into 9 other global regions of dominance and control, the North American Community being one of them. The EU being said the most challenging and a “beta” test and model for the rest.
Once the 10 regions are under the UN control, they then will begin the push for yet more global unity and control with global armed services. The concept it not new as the UN now has a limited global force but relies mostly on member nations to supply the brunt of the forces and equipment. This will not be the case in the future. There are some very tricky and hidden mandates in the articles of these Union treaties that state armed services will be handed over under full control of the global governance body, meaning the UN One World Order government. Let there be no doubt in your mind that if the UN is able to pull this off there will be no more national sovereignty for any nation on the planet and no nation will be able to defend itself any nefarious mandates the UN imposes upon member nations. If you read the Agenda 21/30 plan document you get a really good sense of just where the UN is going with this. I included a full explanation in my Facebook Video section of what this all could lead to in the future. I encourage everyone to read my Facebook NOTES and listen to these Videos. I do not want to sound like some conspiracy freak but the more I study this UN plan for the world the more I do not like it. I have attended many conferences on this topic and much of these plans have been clearly laded out. So this is NO conspiracy theory but reality.
But there is hope and your reality can be much different than the reality of these mad UN leaders who are putting this all together. Your nation does not have to go along with these plans. But in resisting you must first think rationally.
Here are just some of the logical things you can do:
1.educate the citizens on what is really going on behind their backs, just like I am doing today;
2. demand through your own governmental leaders that these secret meetings be open to the public and the news media be allowed to attend and broadcast to the general public;
3. minutes from these meeting must then also have full transparency to the general public;
4. demand legislation be put in place to prohibit any Agenda 21/30 acceptance and implementation;
5. demand that your nation maintains its national currency and national sovereignty at any cost;
6. demand the government work towards reducing the national debt and make it a national priority not just lip service;
7. demand the government come up with a plan and time table to overturn or let expire many of these special national security laws (i.e. Patriots Act) put in place under duress in time of fear and terrorist attacks;
8. demand that your nation bring on a new war, a war on corruption within your own government. As part of this war you must enact a law that asks “where did you get this money from”. Did you ever wonder how all these senators and congressmen get these multi-million dollar homes, vacation homes, limo, yachts and afford to send their kids to ivy league schools?
9. demand new election laws that prohibit family descendants of past presidents from running for the same presidential or vice presidential offices;
10. demand new election laws that prohibit family descendants from partaking in any national, state or local political office while one or both of the parents or siblings are currently holding the presidential office.
Can you see how #9 and 10 have been part of the problem. Anarchy rule in the USA has been taking place. We see it with the Bush and now the Clinton family. Political influence and conflict of interest and the possibility for corruption when descendants of a current president are state governors, senators and congressmen. Can you see what happened with the rigged voting in Florida under Ted Bush in support for his brother?
So we can easily see that the very early 1990’s was a huge sudden shift in moving ahead with this new World Government. A period of launching this new UN directives upon the world. It was like they suddenly cranked it up. I can only imagine these UN and world globalist sitting in a room somewhere, probably at the G20 summit or at a Bilderberg meeting designing this schedule of when to roll this out.

In the early 1990’s this big push by the UN to redefine globalization when in fact globalization was nothing new and had been around forever. This word “globalization” now leaves a bad taste in your mouth today. Maybe some day we can turn this around and have fair and honest trade once again for the right reasons.
I will even go do far as to say that perhaps this concept of the United Nations and what their real charter should be must be looked at more closely. Are they given to much power? Have they been compromised in such a way as that they seek more power for nefarious means? Perhaps it is time to disband the UN and close it down? Perhaps it is time to shut down all their nefarious plans for the planet, break apart the EU and go back to national sovereignty. Perhaps this UN group has been the cause of this constant global wars. Many will argue with me over these points but it is very hard now to separate the UN from the illuminati and these other groups bent on taking over the planet.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ AND THE OBJECTIVES OF MONETARY POLICY
Monetary policy has been and continues to be a vital issue in the country's economic life. It is a reflection of the general performance of the state and its seriousness in avoiding difficulties and emerging dilemmas and making them consistent with the goals set.
Before 2003, monetary policy was an extension of the government's self-deception. Hence the need for radical reform of the Central Bank and the new law of the bank was issued in 2004 and its amendments in 2017, which affirmed independence and established its primary role in protecting the country's resources.
That the task now is to comply with international banking and accounting standards and face money laundering and attempts to finance terrorism, which stand at the forefront of the challenges facing the Central Bank of Iraq. It is also essential to ensure the safety of monetary operations through the sale of currency is essential in the performance of the Central Bank and the installation of principles and rules of dealing in the project in a healthy atmosphere of control and supervision.
THE PRESERVATION OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE BANK AND ENABLE IT TO PERFORM ITS TASK WITHOUT GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION and make it an effective institution and guarantor of the interests of society as a whole.

We have read many articles from the recent past clearly stating how parliament gets involved even in allowing or not allowing the reinstatement and project to delete the zeros to go forward. So it is obvious the CBI still does not agree to their level of involvement in making these policies.)
The sale of the currency needs a deep understanding in light of the large accusations against the bank without evidence to prove the existence of suspicions of corruption or money laundering or smuggling of currency. The PROPOSITION THAT THE SALE OF THE CURRENCY IS A WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY is a description of the economic illiteracy of the relationship and that there are many countries exercise this process, one of the main functions of the central banks in the world.
The Central Bank of Iraq exercises multi-dimensional functions. It is concerned with financial stability, managing the system of national payments, management of foreign reserves, licensing and monitoring of banks and financial institutions, and setting up preventive controls, in addition to other tasks related to issuing cash and publishing data, indicators and economic forecasts.
A CENTRAL TASK OF THE CENTRAL BANK IS TO MANAGE MONETARY POLICY, WHICH AIMS TO CONTROL INFLATION, STIMULATE THE ECONOMY, MAKE FULL USE OF THE BALANCE OF PAYMENTS AND ACHIEVE MONETARY STABILITY.
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES OF MONETARY POLICY DEPENDS MAINLY ON THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE CENTRAL BANK. The independence here is the ability of the central bank to control and CONTROL THE SIZE OF THE MONETARY MASS (as a fundamental element of monetary policy). Although the rules of central banks in most countries of the world, but this independence in real and practical terms subject to other influences and challenges, to varying degrees affecting that independence.

I just wanted to point out that the CBI has said they needed to address the profitability of the banks with a diversification of other products beside the spread on the sale of currency auctions. Also remember this week the CBI has a conference with the currency exchangers and talked about how they were going to handle currency exchanges going forward. Both of these events are spot on and what we needed to see happen. They can not just pull the plug on the currency auctions without addressing these issues without devastating effects on the banks and economy.)
