[ltr]The economic and financial expert in the name of Jamil Antoine said in a statement to (Tigris) that Iraq is outside the criteria of borrowing because of the paralysis of the industrial, agricultural and tourism sectors[/ltr]

[ltr]Antoine said borrowing is a disaster for the country, stressing the need to change the budget from rent and dependence on oil to investment and development and the development of the private sector[/ltr]

[ltr]He stressed the activation of the private sector to accommodate the graduates and increase the population and keep pace with economic growth as well as service and development[/ltr]

[ltr]Pointing to the need to reduce expenditures and pressure public spending in the doors of exchange to reform the economic reality[/ltr]

[ltr]He explained that the parliament has the powers to amend and reform the doors of the budget, calling for the re-activation of control over foreign exchange and control of imports through customs and taxes[/ltr]

[ltr]Antoine revealed that thousands of factories, factories and companies in the public and private sectors almost do not pay the salaries of their employees
He added that the consumer protection law was not implemented due to a political dispute and the allocation of the head of the law has not been applied to protect the national economy and local production[/ltr]

Antoine said that Iraq has huge money, but there is mismanagement and accumulated patchwork
Calling for changing the philosophy of the budget and make it mobile and linked to programs rather than be limited to the duration and the most important goal of the end of unemployment and support the national industry for the local employment of the unemployed and activating the private sector and investment development[/ltr]

[ltr]Calling on politicians and decision-makers to stop the deterioration of Iraq and stressed that the import of investment linked to the fight against corruption and fight all the obstacles in the way, pointing to the preparation of comprehensive economic studies of the financial situation of Iraq[/ltr]
