Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani said Tuesday that the next Iranian budget (starting March 21) will focus on exports, pointing out that the issue of exports with Iraq will be discussed.

"The issue of exports with the Iraqi government will be discussed," Larijani was quoted as saying during a meeting in Tehran to discuss investment opportunities and capacities of Kermanshah province.

Iranian Oil Minister Bijen Namdar Zangana on Tuesday confirmed the possibility of exporting petrochemical products in the provinces of western Iran to Iraq.

"There are 10 petrochemical complexes with a total production capacity of 5 million tons per year in the governorates of Kermanshah, Aylam, Lurstan and Kurdistan," Zankana said in a statement to the Al Alam television channel.
