UPDATE ON THE ONGOING ELECTION SAGA

Asharq Al-Awsat] Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi asked the Iraqi parliament to postpone the vote on the ministers of interior and defense because of the deliberations on them are not yet over, while he submitted two names to fill the posts of the National Investment Commission and the Advisor of the Prime Minister.

The Iraqi Council of Representatives has allocated a session on the eighth of the beginning of next year (Jan 8th 2019) to vote on the remaining of the ministers vacant, namely the defense, the interior, and justice.

PRIME MINISTER ADEL ABDUL MAHDI SENDS HOPE OF GOOD RELATIONS TO SYRIAN PRESIDENT BASHAR AL-ASSAD

The oil and energy parliamentary committee confirmed its intention TO APPROVE THE OIL AND GAS LAW DURING THE CURRENT PARLIAMENTARY SESSION.

"The adoption of the law of oil and gas will be a priority in the work of the Committee, especially since there is a sincere intention within the Committee to be the priority of the laws that concern the people."

"This law is very important and there will be some revenue that can be passed by law," he said, calling on political forces to have a consistent and unified vision on the law.

The MP pointed to the trend of reform and reconstruction to: "There are many laws within the Committee on oil and gas, the Commission began to prepare for the purpose of approval within the parliament."

My hubby sometimes calls me a prophecy buff of some sort. I have read many modern day prophecies and can now see them playing out. There are common themes in the words of the prophets. One of the common themes is that, at the “end times” (as we know society today with all its corruption), we will see many truths exposed. The people in the USA will be very upset at what has been hidden for so long from them. I think the 911 truth must come out and much more than that. Those responsible must be dealt justice for their lies and deception.

I don’t know about you but I am getting a little sick and tired of all this rhetoric and BS about evidence of criminal acts but no one ever seems to go to jail. No one ever seems to suffer the consequences for their acts. Maybe this is part of the problem too. Seems the wolf is in the hen house and is disguised as a chicken.

I am also tired of hearing about some thousands of inditements and lockups at Guantanamo prison in Cuba, yet nothing ever happens. These rumors seems to go in circles but still the same people still walk the streets free. Much like all these gurus rumors they are just mindless rumors with no substance. Heck if this was true every crocked politician would be jailed by now and Guantanamo would be overflowing to capacity…lol..lol…

So do you see that this is all just nonsense? Everyday it seems this number of indictments changes by the thousands just like rumors of dinar holders suddenly goes from 3 thousand to 30 thousand. Really? People start rumors and these rumors spread and as they spread, they are exaggerated more and more each time they are passed. Get it? It is human nature.

What is wrong with this picture? Maybe this is all part of the problem. We have all these laws but they are never enforced. The same politicians just play-role administering justice, but in reality, nothing is ever done to those that really matter. These are the high ranking officials that committed the highest and most horrendous and treasonous crimes. Why is this? Oh – these people are too influential and do get prosecuted and it is only the small fries people like you and me, who’s crimes are nothing in comparison. We get the blunt of it. Afterall someone has to set the example. Is this really equal justice? Isn’t it time to end this charade with the justice system? Isn’t it time for equal justice under the law for everyone? Maybe this can be our new year’s wish this year and that during this transition period of the “end times” we can pray and make this to occur.

I have been listening to many of these calls from Grace with Glory from Chicago. I know I have commented on her BS before but I have to clarify this crap once again. I am getting many concerned people that ask me what is going on. These comments are coming as a result of listening to people like her.

First of all let me state unequivocally that this women had a nervous breakdown and is recovering. She lost everything as she claims because of her own demise and nothing else. She is the perpetrator from the bad decisions she has made in the past. She is basically now a bum and refuses to work. But this is not the worst part. The worst part is she is now a self-proclaimed “light worker”. Like this gives her some magical super spiritual powers. As if she is pure and innocent and we must all thus listen to what she has to say as she “speakith only thy truth”.

Second, I want to address the coming crash she refers to. Let me tell everyone the financial system the world is now under is designed to one day crash. Just look at the five year economic recessions that occur. In a capitalistic system we simply over produce. The democracy allows us the freedom to do so. With this over-abundance, the warehouses must catch up and deplete their inventory. In this process the machines stop and people get laid off. This is all maybe not so good but this is a price to pay. Can it all be avoided? Yes, but it takes honest just in time production and other means to fix the system. Companies must sometimes be willing to sacrifice very large short -term profits for reasonable long-term profits. Instead the constant greed sets in from all sides. The company executives soak the company with large salaries and bonuses, meanwhile the average worker takes home less and less. Then stock investors are not happy with a simple return-on-investment and demand more and more quarterly returns. Competition for investors increases and only companies with larger and larger dividends or stock values survive. Do you see the irony? Do you see how the system has to change? At some point it has to implode. We have seen this many times already and it will happen again.

Where the danger has come into play is that we let the very wealthy tell us how to run our so called capitalistic democracy and when you do that you allow them to design the system to their best interest and not yours. There are simply rules that can be applied but it is a fine edged sword since these same rules can also discourage investors and top executives.

So yes, Grace is correct in that we are close to a crash of some sorts but let’s not fool ourselves of what this really means. Let’s not make a living off of donations of bringing this news to people and laughing and joking about it. It is by far not a joking matter.

Surely when the system does crash their will be no more bailouts and only debt forgiveness. We hear this a lot on Grace’s calls. But what price do you pay for debt forgiveness? Yes, it is not as simple as you think. You won’t just have your mortgage, car loans or credit card bills forgiven. It will not in reality be that simple. This is not what debt forgiveness means folks. You will not get off scott free and I can assure everyone of this.

Many celebrate this notion of “debt forgiveness” because this is what they truly believe it is. In reality something has to be sacrificed in the long-term and so what will be this sacrifice? These banker charlatans will not just let you walk away as a nation owing over 20 trillion in national debt without asking for something in return. Get it?

So what will be this ultimatum price to pay? Could it be that this entire crash is orchestrated to begin with to bring you to you knees to allow you to go along with long-ranging plans for some sort of global plan? Just asking. After all we do see that in Agenda 2021 precepts it calls for “massive debt”. Why massive debt then? So what purpose would this serve? Think, think and think people!

Will it be the sovereignty of the nation to be sacrifices in return? Will it be the New World Order global currency shoved down your throats? Or will it be something like anarchy or new laws of socialism communism takeover? When you are hungry and desperate sometimes you will go along with solutions like this.

Remember this:

First - they create a situation or event (massive debt and then the crash)

Second- the situation creates FEAR (panic of loss of jobs, food scarcity, etc)

Third – in the midst of FEAR and then PANIC they offer a SOLUTION

(I named a couple of them above. They have been trying to implement these measures for a long time already)

Forth – you go along with their SOLUTION

Fifth – their SOLUTION was in fact just a long-term goal anyhow, a well thought out, strategic, premeditated plan. So, they accomplished what they ordinarily could not do under normal circumstances. They accomplished what they set to do.

So Grace certainly paints such a happy picture of this crash event but certainly it is nothing to laugh about. This is VERY serious and life will NEVER be the same afterwards. Food in grocery stores may not be available. Freedom to travel will certainly be restricted. Gas pump prices may sky rocket and there may even be martial law declared, something I assure you that you NEVER want. These deep state idiots may also even bring about another red flag terrorist attack just to add chaos and more fear to the mix. They will need martial law and so how else will they justify it?

Just research what martial law really is and you will see that a total suspension of the constitution is not all that good. I even hear people call in to Grace’s calls and say they can hardly wait for all this to occur. What? Really? Folks these are warped and sick minds. Are you nuts or what? So this is my point- Be careful what you wish for because you just may get it! Then what?

I can also assure everyone, that if all this crash does occur to the extent that Grace describes, you may as well just burn your Iraqi dinars since the dream is all over. Period!

Shankali said in a press statement that “the visit is normal for more than one reason.

On Wednesday evening, the US president visited the military base of Ain al-Assad in western Iraq on a surprise visit to congratulate US troops there on Christmas.

IRAQ AND JORDAN AGREE TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING FINANCIAL FILES DATING BACK TO SADDAM HUSSEIN ERA

(Reuters) – Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and his Jordanian counterpart Omar al-Razzaz have AGREED TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING FINANCIAL FILES BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES DATING BACK TO SADDAM HUSSEIN’S RULE.

Al-Razzaz said in a joint press conference with Abdul Mahdi in Baghdad that a clear mechanism was agreed upon to deal with the outstanding financial files that belong to the pre-war period in Iraq and the 1990s and before.

The Iraqi government had announced earlier in the day in a press statement on the agreement between Baghdad and Amman in activating a number of economic sectors between the two sides, including the formation of technical technical financial committee between the two sides to develop solutions to the outstanding financial files between the two countries.

The foreign exchange markets in Baghdad, Friday morning, stabilized at the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar.

The market price in the Baghdad Stock Exchange was 1197.5 dinars per dollar, or 119 thousand and 750 dinars per hundred dollars, the same price on Thursday.

The prices of buying and selling dollars in banking companies were:

The selling price of one dollar 1202.5 dinars, or 120 thousand and 250 dinars per hundred dollars.

The purchase price of the dollar is 1192.5 dinars, or 119 thousand and 250 dinars per hundred dollars.

AL-TAMIMI: IRAQ WILL BORROW FROM 21 FOREIGN PARTIES IN THE BUDGET OF 2019

Baghdad today – A member of the House of Representatives Magda Tamimi, on Saturday morning (29 December 2018), that Iraq will borrow, according to the draft federal budget law for the year 2019, from 21 foreign parties.

“Borrowing in the 2019 budget from 21 third parties without domestic borrowing,” Tamimi said in a tweet through her Twitter account.

She added that “the Ministry of Electricity alone will borrow from 15 parties.”

She explained that the parties to borrow from the Ministry of Electricity: “14 of them external and only one domestic destination.”

“The 2019 budget is going in the wrong direction,” she said.

The House of Representatives is expected to resume its sessions after the New Year holiday, to pass the bill, which was returned by the government back to him, after making minor adjustments.

The Council had made 47 observations on the budget law prepared by the previous government, and sent back to the current Council of Ministers, for the purpose of amending.

(Mnt Goat – Tamimi is an MP on the finance committee. I would listen to her closely. She is also the one that first exposed all this corruption with the currency auctions years and years ago and we all know this is in part, why the reinstatement is taking so long. We also know that in part the new Nov sanctions on Iran were designed to force Iraq to close down the auctions and use dinar for trading purposes with neighboring countries. But in order to do this they must first reinstate the currency. So this pressure can not seem direct by the US as it will again look like manipulation and the Iranian backed MPs will have field day with it in the news and public opinions.)

A SECURITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF IRAQ AND THE UNITED STATES

The Iraqi-American Convention 2008, a security agreement between the Government of Iraq and the United States. This agreement includes the definition of 'the main provisions and requirements governing the temporary presence of US military forces in Iraq and its activities and withdrawal from Iraq'.

The main provisions of the Convention:

Withdrawal of military forces

- All US forces withdraw from all Iraqi territory no later than 31 December 2011.

All US combat forces shall withdraw from Iraqi cities and villages no later than the date on which Iraqi security forces assume full responsibility for the security of any Iraqi province. The withdrawal of US forces from the above-mentioned locations shall be completed no later than 30 June 2009 ad.

- Retreating combat forces will be stationed in agreed facilities and areas located outside towns, villages and towns, to be determined by the Joint Committee for Coordination of Military Operations.

- The United States recognizes the sovereign right of the Government of Iraq to request the withdrawal of United States forces from Iraq at any time. The Government of Iraq recognizes the sovereign right of the United States to withdraw its troops from Iraq at any time.

- The parties agree to develop mechanisms and arrangements to reduce the number of US troops within the specified time limits, and must agree on the locations where these forces will be stationed.

Security risks

- Any external or internal threat against Iraq or the occurrence of an aggression against it would violate its sovereignty, political independence, territorial integrity, water or airspace, or threaten its democratic regime or elected institutions. At the request of the Government of Iraq , To proceed immediately with strategic deliberations, as may be mutually agreed upon, and the United States shall take appropriate measures, including diplomatic, economic, military or any other action, to deal with such a threat.

The Parties agree to continue their close cooperation in the promotion and maintenance of military and security institutions and political and democratic institutions in Iraq, including, as they may agree, to cooperate in the training, equipping and arming of the Iraqi security forces in order to combat domestic and international terrorism and outlaw groups, At the request of the Iraqi Government.

- Iraq's land, water and airspace may not be used as a conduit or a launching pad for attacks against other States.

Jurisdiction

Iraq has the primary right to exercise jurisdiction over members of the United States Forces and members of the civilian component in respect of serious and intentional offenses and in accordance with paragraph 8, when such offenses are committed outside the facilities and areas agreed upon and outside the status of duty.

- Iraq has the primary right to exercise jurisdiction over contractors with the United States and their users.

- The United States has the primary right to exercise jurisdiction over members of the United States Forces and members of the civilian component on matters within agreed facilities and areas and on duty outside established facilities and areas.

Detention

- The United States forces may not arrest or arrest any person (except for the arrest or arrest of a member of the United States Forces or the civilian component) except by an Iraqi decision.

- If US forces arrest or arrest persons as authorized in this agreement or Iraqi law, these persons must be handed over to the competent Iraqi authorities within 24 hours.

- Iraqi authorities may request assistance from US forces for the arrest or arrest of wanted individuals.

- Upon the implementation of this Agreement, the United States Forces shall provide the information available to all the detainees to the Government of Iraq.

- US forces may only inspect houses or other real estate under an Iraqi court order issued in this regard and in full coordination with the competent Iraqi authorities, except in cases where actual combat is taking place.

Iraqi currency

- To enable Iraq to continue to develop its national economic system through the rehabilitation of Iraq's economic infrastructure, as well as the provision of essential vital services to the Iraqi people, to continue to maintain Iraq's oil and gas resources and to maintain its financial and economic assets abroad, Of Iraq.

- US forces have the right to use any amount of cash in US currency or financial documents specified in US currency for the purposes of this agreement exclusively, and the use of US forces for the Iraqi currency and private banks in accordance with Iraqi laws.

- US FORCES CAN NOT EXPORT THE IRAQI CURRENCY FROM IRAQ and must take measures to ensure that members of the US forces, civilian personnel, contractors with the United States, and US CONTRACTORS DO NOT EXPORT THE IRAQI CURRENCY FROM IRAQ.

Green Zone

- Upon the entry into force of this Agreement, the Government of Iraq shall assume full responsibility for the Green Zone.

The United States may require specific and temporary support for the Iraqi authorities in the security-related mission in the Green Zone. In such a request, the relevant Iraqi authorities will work jointly with US forces on security in the Green Zone within the time limit set by the Iraqi government.

Term of entry into force of the Convention

- This Agreement shall be in force for a period of three years, unless terminated by one of the Parties before the end of that period pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article.

- This Agreement shall not be amended except with the formal and written consent of the Parties in accordance with the constitutional procedures in force in both countries.

- The agreement shall be terminated one year after the receipt by one of the parties of the other party in writing.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the visit of US President Trump raised around some questions and words, and there is talk that says President Trump came to visit a US base in Iraq and this is a mistake we do not have a US base in Iraq and there are only Iraqi bases where there are some military from the Americans and others, The base of Al-Assad is an Iraqi base.
