That was some of my thinking over this past weekend. My view on the 72 hours was from information given by trusted sources that large amounts of money did move over the weekend.

I don't have links for that thinking, as if I did I would have posted them.

My thoughts on 72 may have been off. As the 72 may not be within 72, but a minimum of 72 hour warning for change to come. Regardless of which it is, it is not a long period of time.

The shot imo was the Article WS brought in highlighted in pink above.. I believe that was telling us they are Article 8 by actions. There were many many countries paring their currencies to the IQD, therefore, they would have a need to be told that change is about to come so be ready.

That would imo be from the BIS letting them all know that to be ready, fair playing field... So the 4:00 am Baghdad time may have been the clock starter. The original has a double head line.. They clearly wanted to the get the point across..

Now add in the SFA agreement meeting today and what that represents.. It partially represents implementation.

I suggest everyone read it and think about just how much has been accomplished to date and the timing thereof it.

Keep in mind that money... Visas... Those that moved money in will need to manage that money first hand on on site in country.. Boom, SFA is about Visas and Investment.. Timing..

So lets see how this next few days plays out... IMO, there is nothing for me to worry about. Hope that helps.. ~ MM

Minister of Communications calls on everyone to invest in communication: represents the pillar of sustainable development

Communications Minister Naeem Thajil on Monday called on everyone to invest in communications, stressing that he represents the pillar of sustainable development.

"Everyone has to invest in communications because they represent the movement of the Iraqi economy," Thajil said at a Baghdad conference on communications and information technology held in Baghdad. "The important telecommunications sector is an important pillar in the field of sustainable development."

He added that "the development of industrial, agricultural and educational sectors need to develop the telecommunications sector basically."

"The telecommunications sector is one of the resources Iraq can take care of because it is the lifeblood," said Sami al-Araji, president of the National Investment Authority.

He added that "there are a lot of opportunities, especially the fourth generation, which we waited exciting and very soon will start in addition to the smart city and we are working to establish in Baghdad and there is cooperation with international companies to make it successful and we are working to see the light soon."
