whats the big deal? they want you to turn in your money for a little over 700 per million you get screwed if it rvs. now if you think its a scam well then dump your dinars and you recoop most of your money

I checked a few weeks ago and up here the buy back is 400.00/million IQD. Purchase price average 1200.00/million so not really an almost recoup at all. It has dropped from 625.00/million to sell back over the last 4 years that I have been keeping tabs on it.
