The Integrity Investigation Department of the Integrity Commission announced that the Criminal Court of Najaf, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued a judgment in the presence of a severe prison sentence on the execution of the justice in the Directorate of Execution of Kufa, after a team of the Office of the Investigation of Integrity in the province seized him with the famous crime of using the crime of bribery at his workplace.

The Department, in an interview about the details of the case, explained that the convicted man was caught while receiving bribes by a citizen, noting that the operation took place in the Kufa implementation department after the transfer of members from the Najaf investigation office.

The court, having examined the statements of the legal representative of the Ministry of Justice who requested the complaint against the accused and the statements of witnesses, found evidence sufficient to convict him in accordance with the provisions of section II / 1 of resolution 160 of 1983, and in accordance with article 132.3 of the Penal Code.
