Baghdad News -
A document on Wednesday revealed a number of articles for the 2018 general budget, including a 10 percent tax on sales and services of malls, malls and barbershops.
According to the document, which obtained a copy of 'Baghdad News', Article 19 - First - A - provided that the continuation of the sales tax on the mobile phone service and Internet networks by 20%, and revenues are recorded final revenue to the public treasury and subject to the violation of the provisions contained in the law Income Tax No. 113 of 1982.
Part B stipulates that the sales tax provisions stipulated in Revolution Command Council Resolution No. 36 of 1997 apply to the service provided in all restaurants and hotels.
The second paragraph states that the Federal Minister of Finance shall issue the regulations to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of Article 1 of this Article.
While the third paragraph - a - that 'sales tax of 10% imposed on all goods sold in malls and shopping centers, in addition to services provided in men's and women's barbershops and all parties referred to the acquisition of the electronic Kashir.
(B) guarantees the following: (a) Collected and non-transferable sales tax and non-collectible sales tax amounts (bank interest); the management of the entities referred to above in this article is responsible for bearing and paying such interest and providing it to the General Authority for Taxes.

great way for Iraq to raise money except if the value is not increased how much will the peoplewill the people buy with there toilet paper for the tax to help

Where do you see that they are only using Dinar to purchase goods and services?
The dollar is used throughout the country, right?

I was under the impression they could only use dinat to purchase goods in Iraq and even so they have to give up more dinar for the dollar so the people still get screwed
