Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said that investment in Iraq will help in reconstruction and that it will stimulate the economy and provide jobs.

Abadi said in a speech during the closing session of the Kuwait conference for the reconstruction of Iraq, today that the programs have been developed to qualify public companies of the state through partnership with the private sector, noting that 'the government is still suffering from a bureaucratic administrative chronic. "We are looking for real and strategic partnerships, fair and acceptable benefits for all, and we look forward to a deep understanding of our reality. We are well aware of the obstacles that slow the development process and hamper the entry of partners.
