SPEAK CLASS IN ACTION UPDATE
Lawsuit filed as a class action by plaintiff who was told the Iraqi Dinar and Zimbabwe Dollar revaluation was a scam and did not purchase currency; we will not name him/her in public yet. It’s a four count complaint including RICO in a federal district we won’t name yet.

Actually I think he said in one of his blatherings a while back that it was being filed in NY District Court.
