OK Below are answers till we hear Shabibi Tomorrow

This is Talibani's speech outlined with an easy summary....

FACT: Talabini said they are released from all UNSC sanctions

FACT: Talabini said that the average wage per capita would increase from $2,200 to $8,000.

SPECULATION: Eagle Has Landed came up with a rate of $3.63 based on Talabini's wage increase figures – the true rate could be higher

FACT: RV is not yet showing at Banks or CBI or Forex but could ANY MOMENT unless they are waiting on Shabibi

FACT: Shabbi is speaking 9-24-11 at 2.00PM EST at WORLD BANK in DC

SPECULATION: Based on all of the above we are still looking for the RV ASN.

FACT: They will be recognized as a COMPLETED sovereign nation when they RV their currency

Talabani said Iraq wants the per capita annual income to be $8,000...he never mentioned the current per capita annual income...I got that info ($2,200) from UNICEF....

$8,000 divided by $2,200 = $3.636

that does not necessarily mean that $3.63 is the RV rate....it does show what it would take to go from $2,200 t0 $8,000

Although there is no mention of the RV, it really speaks loudly of the progress that has been made in Iraq. They are CLEARLY moving towards a solid democracy, and developing GOOD things for the Iraqi people. Praise God! It is all in His hands and His timing.

This UN speech could have been spoken two years ago, for the contents is nothing new, nothing at all new. Once again, the big hype for the IQD, RV, financial stability of arising with a strong currency were ONCE again missing from what MANY said was going to be a big announcement. This is what goes on year after year here with OUR expectations, versus reality with the Iraqi Govt. Let us hope and pray, his talk with the World Bank has more substance, for IN ALL REALITY, this being now the last quarter of 2011, WHY has this not happened by now?? Cmon, we have heard since 2008 it was done. At this rate, 2012 lies in wait and even then, what more can be said. It's a real long stretch to say that $8,000 number indicates the increase by revaluation. ....There is nothing in that speech indicating a revaluation any greater than their current situation. ...ie,,,, Using that speech as an indicator, it is just as likely that their rv number would be 1.0 as 3.65, since they currently use the US dollar as their primary currency of trade.

Come on people, they aren't giving hints like Okie does, and you shouldn't expect them to!

Awww ..

There have never been so much forward motion within the GOI and CBI ... no comparison to this time last year ... affirmations of TOTAL RELEASE from Chapter 7 ... etc etc ... not to mention Shabibi and other CBI authorities making public statements of the IQD taking on great value very soon ... you must have missed the transcription of that interview on Iraqi TV from two nights ago.

There is not going to be a PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT for the world in a PUBLIC FORUM such as the U.N. ... those speeches will only allude to what is coming with a revalued IQD.

Although I can understand your sentiments because of the hype - and having been in for over 3 yrs ...

everyone, please read the speech.... Chap 7 is not even mentioned. He is basing his projects of $8,000 per capita on a 5 year plan ending in 2014.

Stop reading into this.... too many assumptions are made. Are we close, yes, but just read the statement and try to understand it. Don't go by other people's assumptions....

The UN is NOT nor ever has been concerned with any ONE countries monetary policy!!!!! There are many different forums that allow for the discussion of such issues..... Don't look for any one of the Iraqi political figures to openly discuss what is going on with its (Iraq s) monetary system on the UN floor!!!!!!.....The UNs charter is mainly concerned with the humane treatment of world citizens not with the fiduciary policy of any ONE country in particular!!! These issues DO overlap in most cases but PLEASE don't expect to read or hear anything coming out of the UN about Iraq s RV, Its not a UN ISSUE!!!!! Realize that these public international forums deal with the broadest issues possible (hence the inability of the UN to actually RESOLVE most global issues it discusses due to how HUGE the problems are) Their main priority is to inform the world that these things DO exist in order to promote GLOBAL AWARENESS!!!!! My advice....Focus on the indicators we can verify...Like the business contracts entering Iraq presently, The amount of capital being invested in the ISX...etc. Also know that world markets are NOT EFFICIENT!!!! Meaning that it takes a while for the NEWS to be completely absorbed...As proof from this site, on any given day you can read the same news posted in 100 different posts, all of them different, until their is a consensus of verifiable ACCURATE information.....The market works the same way just on a much larger scale.... Focus on the things that ARE happening not on the things you THINK are happening....That is the only way to avoid being mislead by the unverifiable NEWS we are all hearing...
