Parliament raises its meeting to tomorrow
Monday 18 September

The Presidency of the House of Representatives, Monday, the 20th session to Tuesday after the session saw the vote on the wording of a resolution on the payment of salaries of staff of Nineveh province and liberated areas and the suspension of the membership of two deputies. A parliamentary source said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The Presidency of the House of Representatives raised the meeting No. 20 to tomorrow, Tuesday," noting that "the meeting saw the vote on the wording of a decision on the payment of salaries of staff of Nineveh and liberated areas."
The source, who asked not to be named, that "the Council discussed the issue of the situation of service and security in the province of Basra ," noting that "the President of Parliament suspended the membership of MPs Fares Al-Fares and Shroq Abayji and referred to discipline."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives held, earlier in the day Monday, its 20 chaired by Salim Jubouri and the presence of 172 deputies.
