"Handpicked" - GCR/RV Geopolitical Overview 6/10/17

Amber Rudd
The Home Secretary was re-elected in Hastings and Rye on a thin majority of 346 seats Thursday.
She delivered a short victory speech focused on her constituency and her plans for “improving our schools, improving our NHS and getting the infrastructure investment that we need”.
Ms Rudd is a close ally of Mrs May’s and has been handpicked by some interested observers to become Britain’s third female Prime Minister.
Her dismal election result and her close relationship with Mrs May could work to her disadvantage, however her hardline stance on Brexit and terror could prove popular.
