According to World News tonight, Iraq is nowhere near done in liberating Mosul. ISIS is not running away, and it is possible they will regroup to hold on to what they have.

Unfortunately civilians are caught up in this fighting and dying by the hundreds.

No need to push completion to the 10th; bad mistake, and not going to happen
