UPDATE FROM BLUWOLF EIGHTH MARCH 2017.
Article 8 needs to be lifted immediately by the UN by word of the Potus
That should happen shortly.
US must complete all norms that apply to all sovereign countries, no excuses
Now my time frame, my holy opinion within the next 39 hours some announcement on both situations should bear fruit.
A rate of 3.64 was informed in Bruce's call, that is not a in country rate but a place holder. Please remember that for gold to go up the countries currency has to drop low. Negotiable rates within these Middle Eastern nations is now 4.24 and is in transition .
Sovereignty = 1-full and complete working government,,,,,,,,,,2-national security in full,,,,,,,,,,3-stable economic totality ......
US lacks number 1 and 3.
Iraq lacks number 2 and 3
So if you were to try to see to the why that this has not unfolded, here is the answer to that equation that can easily be taken cared of by a potus intervention..... A lifting of article 8 and a final " Mosul is liberated finally",gives Iraq a sovereign situation.
This Article 8 was issued by Obama in conjunture with the UN in order to delay both the 204 revaluations of the world and the GCR concurrently.
It's been around for about 6 years and needs to be lifted.
The dilemma is that if you impose something on any specific country, the same thing applies to you if you happen to be in the same predicament. And the USA is.
So this Obama suggestion did just that, it slowed down this blessing to the entire world.
QUESTION. Does the above mean we might not see our blessing this week ?
A. Not at all.
