many gurus  predict that after the new treasury sect. is sworn in tonight  the rv will happen. so my question is if it does not happen this week what is the next piece of dung?

I have been searching for a word to describe this entire RV "thing", and the only thing that comes close to what I am trying to get my head around is "phenomenon". If it ever were necessary to teach a course, or give a seminar to describe the history and process of this from beginning to end, I would have to include a large number of players that had no business, but entered into, fueled, lied, deceived, and a lot of other negative actions with virtually no control. Aliens, Chinese Families, secret groups, illuminati, shadow governments, petrodollars, and all of the other crazy things associated with this big pile of crap would be enough to write a book. Hmmmm...
