Guru Bulldog75:   I see a 90% chance of the “IQD Activation” between ‘NOW/HOUR TO HOUR through Nov. 4' and probably sooner rather than later. In this 10 day period The Euro Crisis, US Budget woes, Mid East unrest, Iraq situation and World Markets, are the obvious hotbeds of concern. Watch: EU Meetings and locations of: O, G, Hillary and Biden activity.   We are praying and hoping for at least an initial $3 rate or greater, and then have/watch the IQD gradually rise. The Big Banks and Traders are ruff n ready. We are oh, so close. IMHO, I would not be surprised if we were already cashed in and driving that new car, way before the 4th.


Guru Adam Montana:   when they RV, they will need to educate all of the people on how to cash in, how to use the old and the new bills, etc., if they RV at a high rate, there should be no reason to force people to cash in quickly but if they RV low, they have a lot of reason to force people to cash in quickly - they will want to pull the large notes in quickly to prevent people from holding them until the value rises, the higher the rate is, the more it will cost to cover the cash in, but in my opinion, they will RV at a lower rate and force as many people as possible to cash in those big notes , so in my opinion, I am expecting a limited time to cash in

We all know that several things have to happen in order for a ReValue to be a success 1. The UN sanctions against Iraq must be lifted - no military freedom, no ReValued Dinar 2. The world needs to see that Iraq has no intention of committing crimes against humanity again, and the world needs to see that Iraq is a functioning and able country again...in other words, we need a stable Government of Iraq and we need forward progress 3. Although this isn't 100% necessary, a resolution to the HCL situation would make things MUCH easier for all involved.  as far as my timeline goes, I am still confident that within the next month - aka before Thanksgiving - we will see a BIG event, that could and should lead right into a rate change for the Iraqi Dinar,  that BIG event is going to be HCL, or Chapter 7, in my opinion.  if they RV too soon,  they will be putting themselves AND OUR INVESTMENT in unnecessary danger.

yesterday the Asian market was closed for an Asian / Chinese holiday we hope today brings better results.   i am here talking to the banks as this state is a HUB for them...their programmers and data entry...there are also MANY OTHER CONTACTS AND SOURCES IN TEXAS that i am visiting...no official response re last 2 currencies but sources say they proceeded without them...the 2 that were missed will be individually processed...do not know which ones but not IQD OR VND

All I can say is what I've been saying for months. Been really strong on it for the last 2 weeks. Trying to tell you something w/o hurting us. It would have to change from what I'm hearing. Like you wont be able to cash in or its not happening for a year....Would all these companies and countries get involved and waiting for Iraq if there was not going to be a benefit?! Don't worry about anything that you are hearing. They are not going to be doing anything like that. You should be excited, anxious but not worried thats its not happening. Trying to stay away from those numbers, not trying to dog anyone. Could be any moment. Don't think its responsible to call date & rate at this point. Worst case scenario….THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M SAYING THAT IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE...All could be taken care of and now you've got the floating of all these different things, and SOME things still put off 2,3,4 weeks. Would you not agree some countries could be floated 3-4 weeks… We could disturb this thing so much that they have to put it off a little longer because someone opened their mouth. Who knows. Guru Fresh:  Just got a good call from a mod here.  we are getting more details.  however,  contact is in Iraq where this comes from... seemingly a regular person... reached out Yesterday and said Iraq is getting ready to change something with their currency.  also rate is likely their old rate from initial feedback I guess - so think around $3 which would be AMAZING.  i am talking to sources that are reporting speaches on NOW....................... Legard starts in 20 minutes 

Yeah we are working on following up to get more clarification on When and where/why this change has been observed - for example did it come from TV or someone in an Iraqi bank, etc.  could possibly know more about that later this afternoon or evening.  very encouraging to say the least.
