My FIRST INTEL !!!

Found an old H.S. buddy on FB...he's an officer close to retiring and is in IRAQ..said some locals he talked to said the Iraqi government...well..read it yourself..lol..3:06pm
"okjust chatted with a few Iraqi friends and they say the Iraqi government will drop two zeroes from the conversion rate. Issue I see from changes in currency when I lived in the UK, is will only new notes be honored at the new rate of exchange?"
Not sure if he meant 2 zero's or 3....he said 2 though

I think maybe his retirement is WAY OVERDUE. Where else has anybody seen anything about 2 zero's ?

I'm sure you're right...just a typo...but what about the exchanged just new notes for the new rate? I am grateful to all for the info I have gained from this site, but it gives me a great feeling to know I have 1st hand info from iraq!!! The word is most definatly "on the street" there..oh..also...I forwarded him the tv link we've all seen (the reporter from england anouncing the rv) and he tried to open it, but it was blocked...guess there's somewhat of a blackout there on this topic?
