When are we going to learn that no intel or predictions about rate and date have been right fron any guru.....we need to keep our focus on the facts that have come out of the CBI, especially in the last few days and be thrilled that this blessing is on its way.....they have told us!!!!!! The timing and rate is classified, and no guru from any of the forums has ever got it right......But let me clarify one thing, that without their imput and tireless efforts in providing info about this investment all of us would be in the dark. No one around here really knows anything, but the news is looking pretty good and they do not give a rate or a date. my sources are still saying soon and this year, that has never changed since march 2011.
