3.68 rate or not

I thought we debunked that as not a rate, but some "other I.D. " number. Now Okie is saying we may come out higher than the 3.68 rate..so ....WHICH IS IT? :|

So True. Why waste so much energy on trying to figure out the rate? When it happens it happens, for now, I'll take OKIE's prediction and have a good cookout and a hopefully good fantasy football draft today. 368 is the code assigned to Iraq by the UN, the ISO, etc..
964 is the country telephone system code.

Thats right. Crazy how some people miss these little details which the authors of date/rate post put in there and have a good laugh when the reader passes it on. Oh wait, the iraqi people are a proud people so they're going to rv their currency higher than any other country in the world and the world would just accept it, yeah right, like china will take that.
And yes i mistakely said that iraqs country code was 964, thats the code to dial when calling into iraq, my bad. but palmer01 lead me to see the un's site and yes iraq country code from the un is 368.
