Not sure what this is supposed to mean? Iraq's current inflation has not been a problem, it hasn't been for quite a while however they have recently been saying that if things go badly rising inflation might become a problem. As far as how inflation affects the current money supply and the 1166 exchange rate that's due to PAST, but now under control, inflation. Basically what we are seeing there is the LINGERING EFFECTS of past inflation, not the current inflation rate itself which (so far anyway) has been remaining manageable.
