[11:28:37 PM] FREEWAY BILL: Sunny, I just said that nothing has changed. IMO we are still on track for an RV by the weekend. No hyping. I don't do that. Just giving you what I am receiving and I am receiving all of this from people that are not on any chatroom or forum. Dr T said last night that the rate will be between 6-8 and I have been hearing and feeling that all along. Tonight I got a call from two different bankers that said they have a rate of 6 + showing. They don't know eachother as far as I know

I have a really hard time believing that Iraq would be returned to full Ch#7 sanctions again. They have followed a detailed 5-year plan, had some hiccups along the way, but for the most part, they are on track to see their full independance. The world wants and needs the oil of Iraq. I really don't see placing Iraq back under Ch#7 sanctions being supported by any country, or an option that the UN is discussing. This is a statement, so any person that wants to post some sort of UN link that shows the timeline that supports that Iraq is under the gun to get this done, or else they get return to Ch#7, then please post a link showing us. That is not to much to ask.

Please understand that the final decision is not in Iraq's hands. Do you really think the powers that be would stand by and watch a brand new undeveloped government have the reigns of a multi-trillion dollar venture ? There are some very special people handling this. I do not wish ro further elaborate...

Its Iraq's oil, so yes I do. I'm sure there will be serious guidance for them re-emerging to the global stage, but look around them. Many of the middle east countries are 3rd world and they control their country and their oil.
