I can't believe people are actually sacrificing to send Tony money so the forum can stay open.

any snack ideas?

samadhi

HI guys, I am looking for some snack ideas at work to replace the mircrowave popcorn I get for free there. Like something to replace potato chips and crackers. Any healthy idea you can think of or recipes. The popcorn pretty much sits in my belly plus the additives in those kinds of popcorns are not good.
thanks for any ideas!

I hear that pork grinds and a bowl of pig fat slightly heated always gets people in a conversation. Well that's what I eat every time I lesson to Tony speak.
