Tman23 talking about US control of Iraq

1-11-15 tman23: If the US exchanges IQD and holds it in the coffers...Iraq is under the US control for years to come...No matter the price of oil...The USA would control their economy...So there are plenty of reasons for a $3.40 plus rate...A slow float doesn't float anything...it sinks!

If the US has so many dinar at 1166 and it is able to effectively control Iraq, how would this mythical RV at a rate of $3.40 lessen the control the US has?
Maybe my studies have left me bereft of common sense, but that doesn't make sense to me
(After 2 straight days of having to credit gurus for the odd truths that have slipped in, Tman comes in and saves the day with this post! The streak is broken)

Other than gurus saying that the US hold a significant amount of IQD, I've never seen any proof at all.

Iraq is a sovereign country. They are not controlled by the US or anyone else. I agree with ssmith, I have never seen any proof that the US is holding a significant amount of Dinar. In fact, the reserve data I have seen indicates that they do not.
